  1. I'm assuming this is a joke. Does anyone have the courage to start the greatest TE to ever play the game with the greatest QB to ever play the game coming off a MVP season while they're still racking up huge numbers? lol

  2. Lost week 1 to the highest scoring team in my league when I was second highest. start this week off strong by playing Ravens D and I’m facing AJG.

  3. I've even started him during the bye.

  4. Tough matchup this week. Jags held him to 1/21/0 in AFC title game. Anyone have the courage to start him?

  5. They have been saying that all offseason and they moved him around last week. He was in the slot over 40% of his snaps. Maybe just put Cook on the back of his jersey....

  6. Sitting him for either Corey Davis or Jordan Reed. I fell for Gruden's talk once already, I need to see a 6+ target game before I come back to Cooper.

  7. Right now this is not an Amari Cooper issue, it's a Derek Carr issue. Carr is playing scared and until he stops acting like Captain Check-down no WR is going to have any value on that Raiders team. They didn't once try to stretch the field against the Rams. I think the longest pass I saw Carr throw was roughly 10-12 yards which Cook then made a play to make it a 45 yard gain. The Raiders need to stretch the defense out so Cooper and co. can begin to find open areas of the field. If they keep everything condensed like they did last game they're in for a long season.

  8. I think I would roll with the Bears. They are guaranteed sacks in the game with the Seahawks poor offensive line.

  9. Lets say a TE like you said gets 40 yards a game for 13 weeks, and go 80 yards 3 games (even though cook went for 180 this week, I'll just say a big game is 80). These are still conservative numbers by your own post. That would total 760 yards a for the season. Number of Tight Ends who eclipsed 760 yards in 2017 = 4. If a TE averaged 50 yards a game for most of his games and sprinkles in some big ones on top of that, it's a TE1 anyway you want to slice it, assuming he's a red zone weapon like most offensive TEs. Tight ends as a whole have a lot of mediocre weeks.

  11. Oh dude Kyle Anderson is miles ahead of grant. IMO Anderson is in for a huge year and is a massive sleeper at the grizz. Dimes, %s, stocks (es. Steals) won't hurt anywhere and contribute everywhere. Prefect roto guy with upside too. I'm looking at slo-mo from the 6th round on. Grant is OK but super limited. More a streamer to me... Maybe a late round flyer?... Maybe

  13. Agree. Punt threads are best separated. Merging topic to Punt Assist thread.

  14. You think the Raiders are going to bench their $125 million dollar QB for AJ McCarron by game 4?

  15. Fantrax is great. A group of us forum members run a postseason league each year using it since it's the only fbb platform to allow for that type of league. Features are seemingly endless, including the ability to have (up to) a 68-cat league if you wanted. As far as how it works, the UI is friendly and it's pretty much self-explanatory once you dig into it. We also use it to conduct the "Battle of the Sports Forum" league draft, which is offline and takes a couple of weeks to get through (4x4 teams of 14 players per owner). Fantrax is perfect for that kind of a draft. A

  16. And they are ridiculous. Ulis 1.6 blocks Bam 17-3-4 with 0.1 blocks and 1.8 threes Jordan Bell 0.2 blocks with 1.3 threes Dejounte and Montrezl Harrell 18 PPG each. Dejounte only 1.9 assists Jabari 4.8 assists Covington 69% from the line Lowry 56% from the field and 97% from the line LeVert 7.3 rebounds

  17. If drafting late in a 12-team, you can probably target Kawhi + PG or Butler on the turn... That's what I've been doing in mocks. At least you're getting scoring and steals, some 3's, decent percentages... Maybe grab a Josh Richardson, Tobias Harris or Aaron Gordon in the 3rd. The hardest part would be if other GMs in your league are also punting assists, then you're basically fighting for the same handful of scoring point guards or combo guards like Jamal Murray, Lou Williams, etc...

  21. I agree he is a good for fantasy so-so for real life player. I wouldn’t overpay for him though and he seems injury prone a major one in college and the issues last year. He’s also 24 (how is he older than Mario Hezonja who feels like he has been in the NBA forever?!) so while he can still improve he is way more raw than he should be after 4 years in college and two in the pros. If I was punting FG% or even PTS I might target him second half of draft but I honestly don’t have a ton of faith in him for those reasons above despite being “serviceable” haha

  22. 15ppg totally seems reasonable. With his new 3pt prowess, he finally has become a more modern player LOL. Should just demolish most bench matchups. I think he will fit better on the bench as well so he doesn't need to fight the starter ball handlers. Staggering some of the starters with him would be good too. Feels like him and Turner would be a good duo. He's well rested after the Grizz sat him so much for random fake injuries.

  23. I still don't see why the Magic would move Vuc. Bamba is nowhere near ready to start.
