  4. Yeah I don't understand the concern over reke being in town. Dipo is very clearly the star in Indiana both from a statistical standpoint as well as being a fan favorite. Why does anybody think the coach will let tyreke take shots and usage away from dipo?

  5. Probably the most enjoyable build if you like to watch the games. Some owners might be disappointed with some shooting lines (I'll use Justin Holiday) 5/16, 5/18, 4/16, 3/15 and 5/20 etc... but to the FG% punter it bring a smile to your face and you can come celebrate with fellow punters in this thread. Who are some targets this year??? Off the top of my head the Hawks and Knicks guards and wings should be solid options. Nets, Magic and Suns could be also but the rotations are less clear. Malik Monk in Charlotte if he gets minutes could be nice.

  6. And that's how all the hype is generated :-) I'd agree with projected minutes, maybe even FT could project a bit higher. But FG to me looks more like 41-42% and points in a range 12-15. Of course, he might explode and make your projections come true but I wouldn't bet on that with my draft picks.

  7. Stealsis literally the only thing that may not stick. Lets say it comes down to 1.9-2.1, hes still a 2nd round guy... and it all depends on where you take him. I got him at #17 and I believe this to be his floor, so im happy. If you took him at 10-12 then maybe you end up a little disappointed, MAYBE. We also have to take into account that 77 games or whatever he played last season is a fairly large sample size when taking average steals. I really think his numbers are legit or close to. Im going to say 2.0 steals is his floor, confidently.

  8. Amari is the bell cow of inconsistency and suck in the NFL. 2nd year of it. And you have 10,000+ posts? Good lord. RUN DUDE, RUUUN!

  9. Far more concerned about natural regression from Dipo in the steals department. 2.4 is insane, I don't think he can keep that up again. If he sinks down to 1.8 or 1.9, is he any better than Kyrie or George?

  10. Levert. I'm biased but objectively as possible I'd say we've seen Lamb's ceiling for stretches of last year, and although it's good, it's not THAT good. Gallo I would never roster and if you pick him up you'll end up dropping him in a few days/weeks when he gets hurt. Osman is speculative and his ceiling would be Levert's floor imo. Levert is going to make the jump this year, MIP is possible, all star team is possible. His ceiling this year is 18-20 ppg and stuffing the stat sheet on a nightly basis.

  14. The Chargers receiving options is developing into one of the best that Phillip Rivers has ever had. Mike Williams is developing into a legitimate deep threat and is showing the talent that caused the Chargers to draft him in the top 10 in the 2017 draft. Williams will likely continue to get significant playing time after Travis Benjamin has been injured and had a case of some wide open drops in Week 2. This is a unit that relies heavily on Keenan Allen to setup their passing game which could be a problem this week if Allen misses the game as he missed practice on Wednesday with a knee injury.

  15. this right here. but the flipside is that one hopes BMW does damage early and often ... now, also factor in that KA sat yesterday, and we may have something special brewing. oh, and IN BEFORE "VETERAN MAINTENANCE FOR KEENAN ZOMG!!!1!1!!1" (ok? i get it) this kid is getting a whooooole lot more interesting wif each passing week, amirite?

  16. Durant literally went to 1st overall per game in 9-cat the first season he played together with Curry and Curry has been 3d and 2nd per game since playing together. Are you only looking at the point totals?

  19. Everyone keeps on saying that they think Tyreke is going to affect Oladipo's minutes, but i think instead of 'reke taking away from Oladipo he will take away from others instead! I see a lot of Oladipo and Tyreke matchups to close games out, teams will have to guard Tyreke a lot tighter as he is a much bigger threat to score than anyone else on the team (besides Oladipo) so Dipo should get easier scoring opportunities. Should be another great year for Oladipo!

  20. That's some BS. That league is garbage, and you shouldn't play in it anymore. And your boss sounds like an a******.

  23. Because it's being realistic, and it has everything to do with how draft positioning works. If the Cavs are one of the worst teams in the league (which they have a chance at being, don't forget they struggled a lot last season WITH LeBron, and most of the remaining core is exactly the same) they will be incentivized to A.) Not risk Love's trade value with an injury during meaningless game B.) Get better draft positioning. Memphis was consistently a playoff team and look at what they pulled with Tyreke Evans the moment they sucked. Then you have Chicago who consistently made the playoffs, and l

  25. The steelers not trading Bell yet. Have Conner and Bell on my team, they need to hurry up and trade Bell away so I can waltz my way to a championship with Bell/Conner as my RB1/2

  29. People are making up things trying to get a reason for Oladipo not being able to produce like he did last season. Its not that hard to believe that changing teams will make you perform way better! Where did Oladipo come from? The thunder with Westbrook seeking his stats every year, he was never going to improve unless he was given an actual chance. Can we all not just sit back and enjoy the greatness of him? He has worked so hard for it and deserves all of the glory!

  30. If he'd had career norms in steals/blocks last year, that would have put him at #19 in 9-cat. Kyrie was #14 and PG #16. His career steals: 1.6, 1.7, 1.6, 1.2. 2.4 That is a massive increase from what came before.

  31. Averaged essentially 12/4/4 w 1.2 3s and steals in 26 min last year but the issue was efficiency - 43.5/71 (45/76 over last 2 months). If those go up alongside playing time then 15/5/5 w 1.5 3s/steals in 28-30 min should be within reach. What makes me salivate is what he did against Miami on 3/31 - 34min 19/12/8/2/1... It's his 3rd year, just turned 24, getting some serious hype from teammates and coaches. Lastly, he's 6'7" and can play 1-3 so lots of options for playing time. I do hope he gets to play w Jarrett Allen more but Ed Davis should help as well

  32. Where do you live, Timbuktu? Or are you trying to steal wifi from the neighbor 5 houses down who left it unsecured? I can't remember the last time my wifi went down. And if it did, first thing I'd be doing is firing up the FF app on my phone and going cellular. This is the modern age, my friend. If your wifi fails we don't have to switch to carrier pigeon!

  34. I understand that his numbers jump was insane but dude is 25 and in an ideal situation at Indy. Maybe this is the potential he really has and now we're seeing it in his mid 20s ala Butler, Kemba etc. Dude is gonna beast again I guarantee.

  35. I am tempted to but probably will sit him. His target count is a little lower than I would like so he might have a lower floor than some other options. Definitely not a bad WR2/flex option if you have injuries or byes though.

  38. The main difference between those guys is that all of them have put up top 15-20 value for multiple years, whereas Oladipo has only done it once. Not to say he can't keep up his production last year, but I think Oladipo regressing (especially in steal rate and FGA) is more likely than not. Lillard and PG are definitely the safest of that group given Oladipo's one year of production and Kawhi's injury risk.

  39. This + the atrocious football we have been forced to watch ( million flags, dumb calls, bad teams ) the overall joy Fantasy Football season used to bring is dwindling. Much like the Internet Poker boom of the early 2000s, I feel fantasy is on a down turn despite it being more popular than ever. The matches themselves feel like weekly crapshoots and its not so much about cream rising to the top as it is avoiding landmines and the 3-4 blow up players of the week.
