  1. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

  2. This probably belongs in the undervalued thread but I think Brandon Cooks has a great chance to be a rock sold WR2 and is being massively undervalued. He’s got a great QB and Fuller is always hurt. The Texans D is trending down, the run game is nothing special and there aren’t many other options for DW. Cooks has thrived every time he’s changed teams.

  4. March 13 I was extremely skeptical, and the post being belittled is 10 days before that. 20/20 hindsight in the midst of this crap is vomit-worthy imo. Everyone needs to be given a break who had an opinion on this when it first started.

  5. That dude hasn't posted since March 13th. I think it's always a good idea to leave yourself a little wiggle room. People are always so desperate for #hottakes today, but frankly I think acting as though there is no possible way your unknowable prognostications on the future could be wrong is just foolishness, and people who demand same are asking to be sold snake oil. But that's just my opinion, and I might be wrong.

  6. Yeah, but an extra first round pick can be very tasty. Gesicki was already TE1 and he may well be top6 in 2020 on a fast improving Dolphins team. I think it depends on the team. If you are in rebuild or partial rebuild, go get the pick. If you're a competitor, keep Andrews.

  7. Dear MLB owners, First off, congratulations on being a billionaire. Second off, please accept the players’ proposal so that you can bring back this great game. You have the ability to uplift the spirits of a great number of Americans as well as people all across the world during these difficult times. Over 100,000 Americans have died from this virus and millions are out of work. Bringing the game back won’t be able to fix that, but it will be a much needed distraction and ratings will be higher than ever. You’re going to face some losses, but you’re creative and you’ll find ways to offset

  9. They would be smart to work Dobbins in to take the load off. He did well in tandem with Kamara. More or less work the rookie in and take a load off and give Ingram the important pass pro plays and goal line work. I was impressed with how much a team player Ingram was with having Kamara as an explosive new rb.

  10. I like the price of Conner right now. Sure, he has a high risk of injury, but he also has proven he can be a top 5 fantasy back with a healthy Ben. I obviously wouldn't count on that kind of production, but he has shown the ability. Everything points to him getting a chance to be primary ball carrier to start the season. It will be interesting to see how long he can hold off injury. Maybe he learned how to fall and to be more aware when a run is over. To have legit potential to be an RB1 both he and Ben will need to stay healthy. We shall see.

  11. Mark Ingram is still the #1 RB in the crowded backfield, but Lamar if the opportunity is there will still use his legs. That part of his game isn't going away. I also think the addition of Dobbins will eventually take a few carries away from Ingram. They didn't draft Dobbins for nothing. Regardless the Ravens are going to be a powerhouse backfield.

  12. Yeah early cost is cheap enough. Went in the 10th Rd of my latest BB, Fuller went in the 12th though too and I prefer him--esp in that format.

  14. Or vice versa How would tanny have done with Dion Lewis in the backfield instead of Henry? Yes, poking the bear passes the time. CMC for President 2020.

  15. I have been trying to make the packers wr 2 a thing the past few years and I believe that ship has sailed. I do not want any of them in 10 or 12 team leagues. Maybe in a 14 team i would own lazard.

  17. Yeah, it is ultimately his choice to not take the full slate of keepers so there shouldn't be any advantage of getting extra picks because of that. If that was the case you would have owners dropping the worst keepers right and left to get extra top picks. Good choice.

  18. The RB that I am most intrigued about is Bills Zack Moss. He sits behind at least for now Singletary and Yeldon. Yeldon that will be probably for a day or two before he passes him on the depth chart. I do though see Moss quickly sharing some carries with Singletary come game time and that will increase as the season progresses.

  19. Heard the talking heads on NFL Network talking about the rookie RB's that landed in the best spots. CEH was the first RB mentioned. Followed by Taylor, then Akers. Pretty spot on smeeze. .

  21. A lot of people lower guys if they don't hit the ground running. I feel like Keiboom would be a really good value in a dynasty start up this year. In a redraft his value is just OK, could pop could need another year. I think the NL adding a DH greatly benefits him.

  30. Hi Jess, my league is literally a day old but all the above sounds like it meets our standards. The keeper part in our league won´t happen till 2021 since it´s a new league and also I want our league to have a 3 year limit on keeper players, which will make it interesting! Here´s our link to join if you want in...https://fantasy.espn.com/football/league/join?leagueId=48763080&inviteId=9ab5ad3c-3786-4623-b5bf-9515ff987c79

  31. Same here, if you need to win now... Andrews. But for the future with that pick you could have someone like Pittman Jr, Tua, Burrow, or Claypool. It would depend on what your long term qb or wr prospects are. Maybe you could post your entire team.

  32. I would go with Zeke and Josh Jacobs.

  34. I am thinking he makes a serious run at 50 TDs again this year. Schedule looks a little rough when going off where last seasons defenses ranked, but not sure that is terribly static either. Really looking forward to that playoff push with at Miami, at NO and home for falcons in weeks 14-16.

  35. Yes, but DGB never sniffed a season like DJ just had, with shoddy, inconsistent QB play at that. Oh, and at age 22. Say what you will about Teddy, but he’s certainly an upgrade over Kyle Allen.
    1 point
  36. Also, Thomas weighs 212lbs, DJ weighs 210lbs and is known for his awesome YAC ability so to act like DJ is some tiny gadget receiver is not really true. He's simply not as tall by 2 inches. There's been plenty of awesome 6ft receivers.

  37. He literally said "Not comparing Moore to Thomas but Teddy can feed his #1 receiver". He's just saying DJ is the main target and all Teddy has to do is complete the little short stuff that DJ is already good at.

  38. As high a reward as any RB you can get from RD 3 on without injury propping up someone else imo. Has some of the worst backup RBs in the league vying for work in Hill and Ito. Stud pass protector and solid enough pass catcher to not come off the field on 3rd down. Something people may not remember is that a hobbled and washed Freeman had 59 catches on 70 targets, and Hill/Ito are not pass catchers. Gurley may work his way into significant pass work, upping his floor and upside. Line should improve with 2 1st rounders entering year 2, Lindstrom is a stud in the run game that dealt w

  39. I'm hanging onto this topic by a very slim thread. The more interesting stuff is in the Football forum frankly. I'm very concerned about MLB at this point - and not just for this season. They are committing suicide if they don't get a product out in June.

  43. For dynasty right now (standard scoring) I’ve got: 1. CEH 2. Taylor 3. Akers 4. Dobbins 5. Swift but 3 through 5 seem pretty interchangeable right now based on competitiveness of your team and personal preference. 6. I really have no idea at this point but Vaughn is intriguing.

  44. Redraft: 1. CEH — nothing much to explain here, 1st round pick who landed in the best offense big tier break 2. Akers — Opportunity trumps almost everything and Henderson/Brown is less competition than Mack/Ingram/Johnson 3a. Dobbins — league winning upside in that offense 3b. Taylor — same as above, may not end up with either Taylor or Dobbins in redraft though 5. Swift — like him as a prospect but RBs go to die in DET. Big tier break 6. Dillon — Could be the goaline back in GB if everything breaks right and Jones had about 20 TDs last year so the role
