  4. I'd be surprised if anybody was starting him tonight. Tomorrow night, maybe, but not tonight.

  5. It goes back to Lynn's days as Terrell Davis's backup. During his entire Broncos career, he kept thinking "put me in coach, I'm ready to play". Sadly, the most he ever received was 2 carries in 1999. Now, it's his life mission to make sure that all backup running backs get a fair shot. Truly a wonderful human being.

  7. I'm going to start Jonnu due to the **** TE options on the wire. At least he plays tonight in primetime so I can see the full game. My plan is to spark a bowl before the game and hope for the best. But you best believe if this Firkser get's more work and god forbid a tuddy over Jonnu, I'll be ripping the bong for sure.

  13. Jacoby Meyers got a chance to form a roll 3 weeks ago. In those 3 weeks he has more yards than Harry has in his career. Sure though Harry is a threat...

  14. https://www.packers.com/team/injury-report/ Jaire Did not practice today, still in concussion protocol, doubtful he plays Sunday. Kevin King, their 2nd string was limited with a quad injury, so he is probably questionable for Sunday. Chark will not have a tough CB matchup this weekend with no Jaire.

  15. 😂oh how the tune has changed in here in one week. Now y’all saying “drake coming back can only help Edmonds value”. It’s time for y’all to wake up. I have Edmonds on my roster and even I’m saying he’s more Tarik Cohen than he is Kareem Hunt. Drake will eat in the winter while y’all starve.

  18. Seems like Teddy prefers him. I also think Samuel was due to breakout at some point this year. Dude is a multi-faceted receiver that can run all routes, has 4.3 speed, great hands, does work out of the backfield. I had him earlier this year and dropped him but I can see this trend continuing now that he has the trust of his QB. Moore is dope but those targets tho... lol

  19. Casual fans overreact to a player's 40 yard dash time, just as you are doing. It is one drill performed on one day. Without pads, in a stadium full of scouts and coaches in a strange town. Raegor was considered to be one of the fastest players in all of CFB. I think the Eagles also liked his toute running, strength, and competitiveness. In addition to the TD and the multiple EZ looks, Raegor also scored a 2 pt conversion in his first game back. So the Eagles apparently plan to use him in a lot of different ways.

  20. This quote was the main takeaway from the article for me. Sounds like he's feeling great and the uncertainty is more revolving around the procedural act of him being cleared instead of how he's feeling. "I am not sure," Chubb answered Wednesday when he was asked if he was confident he could play Sunday, via team transcript. "There is still a lot more to it than me just feeling good. I have to go through doctors, team athletic trainers and coaches. It is more than just me saying I feel great."

  25. Droppin' a pass on the opening drive? That's a benchin'. Runnin' the wrong route on a pass protection play? That's a benchin'. Starin' at my Covid face shield funny? That's a benchin' Fumblin' a tipped pass thrown by the GOAT? Oh, you better believe that's a benchin'.

  28. for TEs, no. There's still 1-3 TE studs who are easy starts every week. Everybody else is pretty much a "please get a TD" gamble. Don't forget for like a decade it was like Tony Gonzalez and "everybody else" at TE. TEs in football are like catchers in baseball. I'd say WRs are still fairly trustworthy on the high end, outside of injuries. Generally there's still a top tier with some movement around the margins season-to-season you can generally be safe in. Hopkins always gonna Hopkins, same for Davante, Theilen, etc, etc. You just have to hope you don't get stuck with the Michael Thomas

  33. The White Sox and Cubs would likely swap popularity. The real question is why the White Sox didn't build their new ballpark in downtown Chicago when they had the chance. Big whoops there. But anyway, LaRussa. Total shithead. Can't believe the tone deafness on Reinsdorf's part. White Sox are on the cusp of becoming the most exciting team in baseball and they go and hire a geriatric habitual drunk driver who may or may not be racist. Would be funny if it wasn't so off-putting and depressing. The story should be Robert and Anderson and the rest of the fun young core they have and instead it'

  34. Probably for the best. Get Chubb in there nice and slow, ease him in and let him work up to a full load. Don't want him to bust prematurely.

  35. his college qb sucked. barely completed as many passes as he threw and threw 5 less ints than tds. But i'm pretty sure scouts are doing more than looking at stats from sports-reference.com when evaluating talent.

  37. the ravens have the best run defense in football, a team that gets the lead early and forces teams to throw a ton. their qb opponents on average have thrown the ball 37 times per game...who else does cam throw to? how about the kid that's top 5 in targets in all of football over the past 3 weeks!
    2 points
  38. Also, Cam has thrown for 270+ yards in the 2 games where he's had to throw 30+ times. Their upcoming schedule tells me they will be throwing A LOT--particularly when we just watched them having to play catchup against the Jets. I wonder what the game script is going to look like against the Ravens, Texans, Cardinals and Chargers?
