  1. Anyone else? This deal is still sitting out there. Basically it comes down to this for next seasons keepers at the moment.

    Cook, Taylor, Lamb

    vs.

    Cook, Taylor, Metcalf

That's pretty even, so maybe just not worth giving up Chubb when he gets back for my playoff run. However, I will probably lose him for nothing after the season.

I just think Hunt being in CLE for another season after this one continues to diminish his value. I would have a very hard time dropping Taylor.

  2. Yes this sounds like a lot to give up for DK, but I can only keep 3 players. He wanted Golladay instead of Lamb, but I said no.

    My options are D.Cook, J.Taylor, Chubb, Lamb, L.Jackson, K.Golladay, J.Jefferson, H.Ruggs III

My keepers this year were: Cook, Chubb and Lamar(Yes, I know)

My Keepers next year could be:

    Cook, Chubb, Taylor

    Cook, Taylor, Golladay

    Cook, Chubb, Lamb

    Cook, Taylor, Lamb

Lot's of combinations. Putting DK in there would be nice with Cook and Taylor.

Any thoughts? What combination do you like best? Which 3 with and without DK?

This team is 0-4 and pretty much out of it. Underperforming, injured and points against team. Looked so good on paper post draft.

    QB - D.Watson, J.Goff

    RB - E.Elliott, A.Jones, J.Kelley, D.Henderson, C.Edmunds, N.Hines, D.Harris, JK Dobbins

    WR - K.Golladay, AJ Brown, S.Diggs, T.McLaurin, C.Kirk,M.Pittman, LShenault

    TE - H.Hurst, M.Gisecki, D.Goedert

    This team is now 0-5.

  4. I lost Chubb last weekend. So of course I just had to at least pickup D'Ernest Johnson, right?

My only available roster drop was Mattison. Now as a Dalvin Cook owner as well, and Seahawks fan, I knew exactly how this was going to go. Cook would finally get hurt while I'm watching the game, hurting my fantasy team, while watching his backup, the top waiver wire add probably, dominate. I blame myself!!! At least the Hawks won.

He plays tonight. Drop your kicker. Pick up Laviska. If he bombs and you want to throw him back, then cut him tonight, and pick up your same kicker Sunday morning. Viola.

Do your players not lock once they've played?!?! This is odd. If this was the case, I definitely would have dropped my kicker instead of Pittman.

I don't see why JJ would just come back and start taking significant touches. not yet anyway

    • Chargers RB Justin Jackson (quad) has yet to resume practicing.

Jackson remains without a timetable for a return. With Joshua Kelley putting a stranglehold on No. 2 duties in Jackson's absence, Jackson is safely droppable in re-draft leagues.

I like Shenault as much as the next guy, but I sleep a lot better at night cuffing the likes of Cook, Kamara, Zeke, etc - I know it feels like you're burning a bench spot, but the downside is ur out ur RB1. I always think of it this way: if someone said they could guarantee ur RB spot regardless of injury at the cost of 1 bench spot, would you do it? I always go yes - esp since Mattison has proved he can be the guy if needed

    Help mine?

Would you drop M.Pittman Jr for him instead? My other WR's are Golladay, Diontae Johnson, Lamb and Slayton? I fell like Pittman's role is going to increase now that Campbell is out and am scared to drop him.

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about Kelly with all the injuries around the league.

Anyone else confident in starting him this week vs. the porous Carolina defense?  SIGN ME UP.

I agree on the talk. I have him as my RB4 behind Cook, Chubb and Taylor and haven't even had anyone reach out for a trade of any kind. Guess they're just sleeping on him. There are plenty of teams in my league with RB injuries. I grabbed him in 3 of 4 keeper/dynasty leagues and am more than happy to have him as depth.

Why is it that people can't just discuss things anymore and have to resort to this type of post? If you want to discuss this respectfully, I'm all for it. But if these are the types of responses you're going to give, then you can just carry on and I'll ignore it.

This is the world we live in now. Social Media and any interactions will people always turn toxic. It's exhausting.

Back to Coleman, I have him in a 10 teamer and don't feel real good about it. Seems like the backfield is getting crowded with McKinnon back and Mostert just getting paid and gonna get the rock.

  11. I would definitely go Kamara if he's there at 9. Then if you really like Sanders at 16, and he's there, take him. If not, maybe Drake is there and that's a decent 2nd option. I prefer him over Sanders. PHI seems to always turn into some sort of committee. Drake has Edmunds behind him, but I would expect Drake to get a ton of work.

I say do it.. Drake and Sanders will finish higher than Jones imo, but you could even snag one of them anyway and put Jones in your flex at the price of a 3rd rounder.

    Help?

Thanks. I was kind of thinking of that possibility as well. We just added a flex this year, so makes this more of an option.

  13. I have Zeke as a 1st round keeper and AJ Brown as a 7th. I can keep one more player or just go with those 2. My best option is Aaron Jones as a 3rd. That's about a round later than his ADP. I am quite worried that his workload/goal line touches are going to be pretty scaled back since they also drafted Dillon in the 2nd. I can't see them using a 2nd on a guy to not utilize him as much as they can. They are the Packers, however, and a lot of what they do is confusing. As Jones would also be my RB2, the risk for me is not quite as high either. I will have the 8th pick in the draft and RB's that might be there are Drake, Ekeler, Sanders and Taylor. Should I risk it or just keep Jones and have a solid RB2?
