  1. Supposedly to get someone named "Jake Marisnick" into the lineup but i'm pretty sure that's a made-up name
  2. I've played in a bunch of those Yahoo Pro Leagues (I don't actually know anyone IRL who plays fantasy haha). They're run fairly well. No complaints. When a trade is made, everyone has a chance to protest it and the Yahoo overlords review it and overturn it if it's "too lopsided". IMO collusion would be extremely difficult and not really worth the trouble. I doubt it happens much and if it does, I doubt it's very successful.
  3. Don't know if this guy is any good, but this concerns me: https://www.actionnetwork.com/fantasy-football/week-12-wr-cb-matchups-shadow-grades-2020?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=matthewfreedman "Steelers WR Diontae Johnson vs. Ravens CB Jimmy Smith Kickoff: 8:20 p.m. ET on Thursday | TV: NBC Johnson has suffered injuries in several games this year. Week 3: Concussion Week 5: Back Week 7: Leg/ankle Week 8: Hamstring But in the seven games in which Johnson has played at least 70% of the snaps (Weeks 1-2, Weeks 7-11), he is 4
  4. The only "good" D he"s faced is Tampa Bay - and they scored like 19 points....so yeah, sure
  5. hey at least it wasn't at the beginning of the game, that's a change
  6. for me a main consideration for a drop is what are the chances someone else is going to pick him up? In my auction league I got him for $2 which means he likely wasn't that highly thought of to begin with, and since he hasn't done much to excite so far I've already dropped him twice and like my chances of getting him back again if I want to
  7. Let's see... I had the #2 waiver claim and was thrilled to get both Benny Snell and Parris Campbell, pretty sure I'm set to dominate now Oh wait that was last week, now I'm screwed
  8. They were down by 2 in the 8th so a save opp wasn't likely
  9. https://www.kansascity.com/sports/mlb/kansas-city-royals/article244024547.html Wish I'd seen this before the season (or at least before I bid aggressively on Rosenthal haha) - apparently a committtee was always the plan.
  10. LeClerc was a little wild. Definitely benefited from a couple generous calls to get to two strikes on both his Ks. Still pretty good though
  11. I don't think greed has anything to do with it, for either side. Both groups are losing a ton of money in this. Both are negotiating to mitigate their losses. As anyone in their position would do.
