  1. Exactly, though within your tolerance level for risk, of course. Roco (when healthy) gets a huge boost in punt-assist and Smart gets a nice one as well, but they're going to hit your FG% enough to warrant doing the math first. Smart + Rozier + Roco would be a lot to stomach even with your bigs, for instance. Gotta be careful weighing things out. And not sure of your nightly roster rules, but you can definitely get away with only three PG-designated guys on your roster if that's where trades/drops takes you. I've managed it with two for long stretches, but you will lose a game here and the
  2. Impossible to provide too much insight without knowing who else is being kept and therefore whose available round by round, but (and now I feel like I'm just going post to post suggesting this) I'd punt assists rather than chase the stats. Guessing there will be a healthy amount of top-tier guards being kept based on experience. AD / Embiid / Jrue is enough to see you through the early part of the season until PG gets back, so I wouldn't overdo it on injury management in the early rounds. Are there any wings worth a second-rounder expected to be available when it comes to you?
  3. Honestly, not seeing any sort of deal I'd like for your squad here, and Jrue/Simmons/Hay-Maybe-He'll-Be-Okay-Ward certainly isn't it. Maybe If he was giving you Jrue, Simmons, and Otto, but I'd have to take a closer look at what kinda categorical havoc that would wreak, and it's probably more than he could stomach anyway. That being said, I'd definitely look to turn some of these guards into SFs and bigs. Wright for Powell or something like that. Right now your opportunity to take advantage of the second C spot is really limited.
  4. Punt assists, punt them now. Keep focusing your bench on wings and combo guards who get steals and hit threes. If you can turn Lonzo / Rozier / White into more build-friendly assets (i.e. don't derive significant value from assists) that don't obliterate your percentages, that would be swell. Thybulle is a good swing. Punt assists really allows you to focus on guys other teams won't value as highly, so it opens some opportunities for trade and the wire, especially with the ludicrous PF/Cs you have. You can stomach guys who won't score, board, or block much.
  5. 10-team, H2h, $200 Auction, 7 Keepers $42 Paul George (k) $27 Rudy Gobert (k) $18 Donovan Mitchell (k) $5 Danilo Gallinari (k) $2 Buddy Hield (k) $1 Malcolm Brogdon (k) $1 Mitchell Robinson (k) -------------------------------- $25 Kyle Lowry $21 Tobias Harris $20 Clint Capela $16 Mike Conley $10 TJ Warren $6 Zach Collins $0 Kevon Looney (picked up for Evan Fournier [$2]) Punt assist team build. Lowry was a luxury grab when I found I had way more cash than I was going to need halfway in so I overspent on the top point guard left on the board to hedge the pu
  6. Your handle leads me to believe you might be a little biased here, but I'm going to take this under advisement.
  7. Oof, this is the rough sauce right here. Coming in with the hard truths. I've definitely considered seeing what I can get for him on the pre-draft market. Just not ready to accept the possibility yet after the job he did for me last season. Getting a guy who can flirt with top-5 value when healthy for under $50 was pretty key for me last season. Gambling on his post-return health is a risk I might still take.
  8. Yea, punt assists was the plan last year and really worked, definitely doubling down. The Curry owner is open to moving him, though he's trying to push Kyrie at a cheaper price. Not my thing. As far as the middle-tier salary to add, I do have Middleton at $27 as a keeper option. Consistency was an issue last season for the price, though. Other keeper options for the record: Jerami Grant ($5) Dewayne Dedmon ($1) Serge Ibaka ($4) Paul Millsap ($11) Chris Paul ($36) No one who's likely to pop, but I loved having Grant last season, just wish he was a little cheaper.
  9. In general, I want nothing to do with the Kyrie headache. That being said though, it probably hinges on what kind of pick you can get back. I think Collins's upside this season is a little overstated until we see defensive stats. Still, I think I'd be happy with Collins and a solid pick.
  10. Bumping this, as intended. WHIR is ya want it.
  11. The knee tweak thing is worrisome, but I'd still take the big swing with Mitchell Robinson. Only one of the three with the potential to genuinely swing a league.
  12. H2H Auction ($200) / Standard 9-CAT / 14 roster spots Well hello there, fantasy hoops junkies. I look forward to bumping this when the season starts closing in, but I'm all jacked up about hoops since free agency began so I'm just gonna drop it here now, get it out of my brain, and let it marinate. We went auction last year to great fanfare. Keeping up to seven players per team. I've got eight I like, nine who I could see being desirable as far as a trade package might go. Anyone got early thoughts? Options as follow, above the line are my presumptive seven to this point: $42 Pa
  13. Four for four and the move I made. Looked at two-for-ones but our playoffs are nearly locked up and no one's gonna bite on Millsap as a keeper. Thanks folks.
  14. I don't see a clear drop for a guy struggling to stay healthy and losing ground to a deep roster every time he goes down. I only kept him after he came back because I had a guy like Kleber to lose, and a first-round bye locked up. But it was close. Harris and Siakam will be fine. Leave the headache for someone else.
  15. Dropping Plumlee is definitely an option with Millsap back in action, though I can see maybe want to stick it out a bit longer until Millsap's ankle doesn't flare up again. Kawhi, Beal, Vuc, and Holiday is a pretty stellar four to keep in a 20-teamer already. But yes, as far as guys not likely to be kept, something like Middleton/Kuzma would your most valuable package that doesn't deplete your PG depth to zilch. I'd be looking for a studly-ish PG or big man on a team struggling with depth, you seem pretty flush with SFs. If you're ranking okay in blocks already maybe poke around La
