  1. I'm on board with Clase but what makes u think it "could be a historic season" ??
  2. 2-4 & absolutely clobbered a HR. Kids got the goods at the plate.
  3. 10 K's in 6ip & FB hit 97.4, thoughts?
  4. Already added in 1 league right after I saw his 2-run HR. I've seen enough lol 😆 all aboard 🚂
  5. That'll be my approach, he's one of the players I'll be watching their box scores intently for the first few weeks & if he rakes, im jumping on board the hype train 🚂
  6. Brewers catcher Omar Narvaez said Sunday that Corbin Burnes' changeup looks way better so far in camp than it did last year. "I think it's a big weapon for him this year," Narvaez added. Burnes started throwing a cutter in 2020 which really helped solve his issues against left-handed batters. If he is indeed sporting an improved changeup, it's yet another weapon he has to stifle lefties. Burnes finished sixth in the National League Cy Young voting during a breakout 2020 campaign. 7. We say this every year & every year it's the same thing, when he's healthy he produces. But will he remain healthy is ALWAYS the question bc the talent is elite
  8. So it's already up from lastyr, thats a great sign
  9. First report out of camp sounds good. 98mph is great, where was his velocity at last season?
  10. Jesus Luzardo impressed during a workout in A's camp on Tuesday, per manager Bob Melvin. "He stood out right away," Melvin told reporters. "I think his first pitch was 98 (mph). Not the greatest draw for whoever hit in that group." Luzardo somewhat underwhelmed during the shortened 2020 season, posting a 4.17 ERA, 1.27 WHIP, and 59/17 K/BB ratio over 59 innings, but keep in mind that he came down with COVID-19 before the start of summer camp. The 23-year-old left-hander carries sky-high long-term upside. SOURCE: Martin Gallego
  11. Have both too, really torn here... leaning Wilson
  12. Hurts is the only person I'd consider but I think u gotta go with Watson. I wouldn't be surprised if that matchup was very high-scoring too. Goodluck!
  13. I'm leaning Team 2 if Julio plays, but its pretty close.
