  1. Close one for me but I'm leaning Polanco. He's a sneaky good player. I own him in several leagues. Have Marte in just one.
  2. I think his bat is too good to not be worked into the lineup at least 5 of 7 days. Between 1B, 3B and DH.
  3. I like this kids skil lset. Yes too many K's which detracts from his value in points leagues that penalize KO's. But as a 4th or 5th outfielder you could do worse.
  4. Don't be foolish and drop this guy. It's just a bad start to the season. All of Boston has been bad. Yes some control issues but he misses bats. Lots of them. Patience is a virtue.
  5. How many teams in your league? I agree the KC closer job is a crap shoot both Boxberger and Peralta are junk arms. Kennedy, while no longer a viable SP, is still a better arm than either of those guys. Might be worth a flier.
  6. It boils down to this. Is Arenado>Machado by more than Hader>[replacement RP] so then you do the deal. In an 8 team format there are so many RP arms available. Like you I value Arenado over Machado not just because of the ballpark but because I think he is a better all around hitter than Manny.
  7. If I had to choose it would be Gray. Dodgers bats are hot but at least his team can get him runs.
  8. I only would have drafted him early in a keeper format. I don't think he will be up until mid May at the earliest. Injury and fitness concerns. Plus the Jays don't seem in any hurry to rush in their youngsters.
  9. Not sure how long he is expected to be out for but if it's less than a month I'd put the claim in for him. Too good a hitter to not be reserved.
  10. Peacock. Woodruff, Eovaldi are all streamers in my opinion. Quintana possibly. E Rod is solid don't think of dropping him. He misses bats and pitches for one of the best teams in MLB.
  11. Do the deal include Morton. Too much upside with Castillo. Iglesias had a bad spring and it continued into his first appearance of regular season. I wouldn't be too concerned he's a very good arm and will have tons of save chances. Alonso could be NL ROY.
  12. 12 teamer. Here is the roster currently C - M Garver, MIN 1B - M Cabrera DET 2B - C Pinder OAK (E Nunez BOS) 3B - B Drury TOR SS - F Lindor CLE (IL) ( R Lewis MIN) OF - A Judge NYY, M Hanigar SEA, R Laureano OAK (A Santander BAL) UT - J Bour LAA SP - T Bauer CLE, J Berrios MIN, E Rodriguez BOS, M Shoemaker TOR, D Bundy BAL, (F Pena LAA, L Giolito CHW) RP - R Pressly HOU, J Beeks TB (S Kelley TEX) We can keep up to 5 players each year lose their round drafted minus 3. My for sure keepers are Berrios and E Rod and probably R Lewis (round 14). Obv
  13. If you have IR spot available for Gennett keep him stashed. He will be out for min 2 months though so monitor accordingly. I am a big Winker guy. Believe he has the potential to win a batting title. He shouldn't be dropped.
  14. I wouldn't trade Turner. Dude is going to steal 60+ bases which is invaluable. Even if Stanton was healthy I wouldn't do this deal.
