  1. I’m reallly close to thinking he’s breaking out. Got the start over Bledsoe and is playing with a ton of confidence- 5 points a board and an assist in his first 3 minutes. if he’s still available, scoop!
  2. I’m thinking he isn’t healthy enough to hit but they want him up to pinch run.
  3. Got the call today - hitting 7th and playing RF. He has a really promising fantasy profile with plus speed, above average raw power, and takes walks. Downside is he strikes out quite a bit and hit .214 in AAA last year. I’d say he’s worth an add if you have room to see if he takes off or at least watch and see how the first couple games go for him. Detroit should let him play over the next few weeks.
  4. And his non existent whiff rate and low k rate.
  5. I disagree. He’s been a bullpen arm for San Diego for awhile now throwing an inning or so at a time. He isn’t stretched out to start and probably wouldn’t be this season.
  6. Great start today. 5 innings, 7 Ks and only allowed one base runner who reached via a walk. I’m thinking he will be up to stay but depends on who the Sox get at the deadline. What’re thoughts on him in keepers/dynasty? He has to be improving his value for sure.
  7. I have him in my dynasty and viewing him as a Top 150 guy, if not higher. Which is much higher than rankings have him right now. He’s second in MLB in OPS right now behind Soto and barring injury I think he’s going to be a big asset moving forward. Hitting 3rd in that lineup and at that park will really help him too.
  8. Ah so exciting. He’s going to take the league by storm.
  9. Hasn’t played above A ball so I would keep expectations of immediate impact low.
  10. Very hot, batting 2nd, and a 6/13 walk to K ratio which is great for him. I think there may just be a big enough approach change here for him to be relavent.
  11. I’m starting to worry a bit here. He has been on base considerably more over the past week and still doesn’t have a stolen base or even another attempt after his 0/3 start. Maybe Martinez is changing up the team running philosophy? Or his legs aren’t 100%? He’s hitting well but if the the steals aren’t there he’s drastically less valuable.
  12. Jorge Mateo has been taken off of the Covid IL and is in the lineup today, playing LF and batting 9th. There is some huge potential here especially with the Padres willingness to run. He’s a true 80 grade speed guy although didn’t always have the best SB% coming up through the minors.
  13. He could be incredible value on the Padres with how willing they are to run...
