  1. @BoudewijnNever mind replying, not the place for this conversation. My comments were somehow misinterpreted to be “victim blaming”. Evidently I wasn’t able to find the right words to get my point across properly. The only one to “blame” is the offender, in this case Deshaun Watson. Though, as you pointed out, and what I was trying to say, was that there are things we can do to better prepare ourselves, and our children to know how to handle themselves in difficult situations like this. Nobody should ever feel forced to perform sexual favors for anyone, regardless of wealth, status, or pow
  2. It sounds like you’ve done a great job preparing your children for difficult situations like this. How do you think they would handle themselves if a famous, wealthy person tried to force them to perform a sexual favor? What did you tell them to do if they find themselves in a situation like this?
  3. Get over yourself hero, and stop twisting my words. If a woman finds herself in a situation where someone is trying to force them to do something they’re not comfortable with they should immediately leave the situation and take legal action. Not go ahead and perform the sexual favor, then take legal action. Hard to believe some of you feel otherwise.
  4. Ok, so you would tell your daughter that if she finds herself in a situation like this, she should go ahead and perform oral sex if/when necessary?
  5. Don’t put words in my mouth. I never said nothing wrong took place. I honestly don’t know what took place and neither do you. If any of the women in my life were in a situation like that I guarantee you none of them would perform oral sex on Watson or anyone else for that matter, against their will because they were brought up to respect themselves. I sincerely hope fathers everywhere are teaching their daughters the same values. Don’t ever feel forced to do something like that.
  6. Agree to disagree I guess. To my knowledge, the masseuses all had the option of refusing to perform sexual favors and taking whatever legal action they deemed necessary.
  7. Exactly, I’d have to make a choice. My choice would be to not perform oral on my boss, file a complaint, and take legal action. Not perform oral, then file a complaint and take legal action.
  8. No, that’s actually the opposite of my logic. My whole point is that masseuses aren’t “forced” to perform sexual favors unless there’s a threat of physical harm or violence.
  9. So your stance is that these message therapists who completed sexual favors for Watson literally had no choice?
  10. Here’s the definition of choice- “an act of selecting or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities.”
  11. I think some of you are misinterpreting my take. It began with my questioning the masseuse who claimed Watson “forced” her to perform oral sex on him. My take is that unless she was in some kind if physical danger, how exactly did he “force” her to do it? By asking her to? If he physically tried to force her and she resisted, etc that’s another story altogether. That’s rape. But if she simply agreed to do it for the money it was a choice she made. Maybe one she’s ashamed of, but a choice nonetheless.
  12. It’s a terrible and immoral take to say that a massage therapist who chooses to perform oral sex on a client was not “forced” to do so?
  13. How about, “No, I won’t perform a sexual favor for you. I’m a professional massage therapist, not a prostitute.” Lots of people pay good money every day for legit massages. That’s how legit massage therapists feed their family. Those who perform happy endings and other “services” do so by choice, they are not “forced” to do so.
  14. Thank you for pointing out that a choice is being made. Much different than being “forced”. I don’t necessarily blame a masseuse for choosing to perform a happy ending for big money, but it’s a choice nonetheless.
  15. You’re describing a person making a choice, not being forced, to do something for money. Massive difference, and very black and white. If this masseuse made a choice to perform services beyond massage, so be it. By no means can she then claim she was “forced” to do it, unless she was in some kind of physical danger.
  16. I’m compelled to readdress this. What kind of message are you sending to women with this line of thinking? There’s a “gradient”? As far as I’m concerned, a woman should never feel forced to do anything, outside of the threat of physical harm. There is no “gradient” if being forced to do something. If a woman is not in danger of being physically harmed she should not feel forced to do anything. I’d hope that’s what fathers are teaching their daughters. No means no, not “ok, if you insist.’
  17. I’m referring to this specific incident in which a masseuse said Deshaun Watson “forced” her to do something specific. What specifically are you suggesting Watson did that forced her to do it?
  18. Doing something you don’t necessarily want to do is much different than being “forced” to do it. How do you think Watson “forced” her to do that? By simply being bigger than her?
  19. The attorney being McNair’s next-door neighbor could be a coincidence, but it’s certainly fishy. I imagine there’s some kind of clause in Watson’s contract about violating the NFLs conduct policy. Given the situation, if the Texans truly have no intention of trading Watson, and Watson refuses to play for them, any violation of that policy would likely benefit the Texans in some way contractually. It also makes it much harder for Watson to shoot his way out of Houston. Again, if trading Watson is truly off the table, this benefits Houston. If for no other reason than spite. “You may never
  20. Like I said, anyone who has ever given Watson a message sees this as an opportunity to cash in. You’d have to be incredibly naive to think otherwise.
  21. I agree with those saying this is more of a good faith signing by Indy. A rehabbing Mack probably wasn’t getting any offers elsewhere so Indy threw him a bone to give him a shot at keeping his career alive. Classy move. That said, hard to imagine JT ceding many carries to Mack after all that has transpired. Arrows pointing in completely opposite directions.
  22. That’s the problem though, how can Watson possibly prove the accusations are false? Unless there’s video evidence, which there shouldn’t be, it’s simply Watson’s word vs the accusers.
  23. Agreed. WFT offense should look much different in 2021. Fitz/McLauren/Samuel/Gibson should be able to move the ball in chunks, making all those McKissic receptions unnecessary.
  24. Is there any proof at all that these accusations are true?
  25. So a masseuse claims Watson did x, supposedly has a lawyer attach a price tag to the accusations, and now subsequent masseuses are making similar claims? I suppose every masseuse who ever gave Watson a message can jump on board too, right? If one is to be believed, why not all? No possible way of knowing who’s telling the truth.
