  1. looks like a good league, definitely interested if the rebuild team is available...my email address is letitbe793@yahoo.com
  2. Last year when I posted that he was topping out high 80s. He’s gained some velocity this year but still not missing bats anywhere close to level to be successful with his skill set at MLB level. Maybe 5 starter but really don’t see any ceiling
  3. He hit .250 in the AZL last year with a ton of swing and miss. I wouldn’t say he was decent. There’s potential here but I honestly think the brakes need to be pumped big time for some. The DSL stats a few years back are really deceiving. Don’t see him as a top 100 prospect or close to it.
  4. July 2 signing last season out of Venezuela. The kid is an absolute burner w 15 SB so far in 27 games in the DSL with great BB and K rates and hitting well overall (but be wary of these due to DSL level of competition) Skills across the board grade out well. High upside guy for those in long term-rebuilds especially.
  5. HR today. Recently returned from a lengthy absence due to broken hamate bone in wrist.
  6. Old for his level but putting up nice numbers in the pitcher friendly FSL. Good plate discipline. https://www.sportstalkatl.com/a-braves-prospect-to-watch-trey-harris/
  7. HR power disappointing but .216 and .156 ISO at respective levels is encouraging. I feel like he has a pretty high floor.
  8. About time this kid with one of the best names in baseball got a thread. Drafted second round last year out of Oklahoma. 80 grade name and personality. Walker has really emerged this season and could finish the season with a call up to AA Birmingham. 6 HR and 5 SB across low A and high A this season while making great contact and has elite K and BB %s. Several white sox OF prospects have turned out to be busts but he may be one under-rated one who pans out.
  9. "Tarik Skubal was fire again on Friday night, but his offense couldn’t back him with any support. The lefthander backed up his 11 strikeout debut last weekend with a 10 strikeout performance in this one. Of his 21 total strikeouts in 10 innings of Double-A work, every one has come on a swinging strike. Skubal mixed his curveball in quite a bit, showing a willingness to throw it in any count while mixing speeds with his fastball, topping out at 97 mph.He allowed just three hits and a walk over five innings, with a fourth inning solo shot accounting for the only blemish on his scorecard." 10. Incredible performance last night to honor Skaggs. Wow.
  11. Really intriguing arm in the Astros system, and they have great success with pitching prospects. 13.83 K/9 in high A so far this season with a great BB rate. 0.95 WHIP.
  12. 5.2 IP, 1 ER, 7 Ks, and most importantly...1 BB tonight. Leads the southern league in Ks
