  1. agreed. that's a tough spot, especially given the divisional game angle.
  2. he's gonna dink n' dunk his watly thru 600+ attempts this year, that's for damn sure - Swift/JWill/Hock will all top 60 catches, with Hock flirting with the c-note ... but they are so bereft of any discernable threats on the outside - it's not gonna be explosive, splash plays will be at a minimum. lotta gaahhhrrbahhhge time, the 3 main pass catchers i already mentioned are gonna help win leegs - Goff is a higher end qb2 as currently situated. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
  3. hmmm ... a true 50/50 split in game one ๐Ÿค” SO MUCH FOR "THEY WILL BE RUNNING HIM INTO THE GROUND", eh? btw, this is no knock on MGIII, nor is it an endorsement of Javonte ... i just put it here to blow up that ridiculous claim made last week - now get the eff on with yer lives!
  4. he was on the field for 20 snaps, got 5 touches - pretty dense usage, they want to get him the ball, that's for damn sure - 20% touch rate is very promising. the third play in this sequence is the way, nephews - he was an eyelash away from breaking that screen all the way to the casa (went for 30 yds) - it was the second one they drew up for him, and THAT'S why you roster this cat - the touches will be quality, no other player on the field is getting these kinda plays called for them ... he's their designated stick o' dynamite. word. last play is a carry in the 4th qtr, these are gonna be coming weekly, bank on that ... his speed, him hiding behind the blockers, getting all slippery and blurry - it's coming. he actually went 4/69 thru the air, one of his catches is missing here, but ya'll get the pernt. PS - Kyler on that first play ๐Ÿ˜… NOBODY ever did the things he's showing ... that is some pure Keystone/Houdini isht:
  5. ... ol' Mitch here was no more than a third stringer, at best, right up 'til 90 mins prior to gametime last Sunday - hell, he might even have even been projected to be a healthy scratch, before the "Sermonizing" set in. moral of this story? today's third stringers could be tomorrow's leeg winners - let's do this for Eli, ya hear? ๐Ÿ‘Š LET'S SNAG THIS KID, FELLAS - WE'LL HANG UP IN HERE AND POUND BREWSKIS!11!1ยก1! ๐Ÿป
  6. fixed, for the sarcastic hyperbole of an inexplicably ridiculous performance that mighty mite put on in Tennessee - seriously, if any of you haven't seen the highlights yet, go treat yerself. he is a dazzling showstopper, most exciting cat in the gig.
  7. Mitch = MostHurt Sermonite = Coleman CarryOnMyWaiveredSon = McKinnon Hasty = Wilson roll dem bonez, Shanny!!1! Jalen Hurd = wtf guy?
  8. good lord, man ... i never claimed he was JB incarnate, just that, due to ball security issues, they will MOST LIKELY defer to Slats - and plz don't delude yourselves, Chix is nowhere near Dobbins level. FULL. STOP. c'mon man ... you're better than that.
  9. Slats biggest value will be as gl option 2, behind LJ ... Chix may carve out the 1A in time, that remains to be seen - but Slats gon' own the stripe. i think we can all be Archie on that, no? ๐Ÿ‘™
  10. sure there is ... THEY NEED A RB2, and thought they hit paydirt ๐Ÿ˜ ... then the 2nd half hit, aaaaaand WHOOPS!
  11. in ppr it's an absolute no-brainer. for ol' Slats here to be magick foosball relevant he needs the one thing the RatBoids have not really specialized in since the Ray Rice days ... V.O.L.U.ME. he has certainly lost a step, and he's not gonna make many tacklers miss with his wiggle or shimmy - those salad days are gone, i'm afraid. if he were gonna get pounded 20+ times a game, then, sure ... numbers would be there simply by attrition, because this team can be very efficient with their propensity to scheme vast running lanes. but he won't see that kinda usage here ... if he, indeed, did wrest the 1A gig last night, the best case scenario is roughly 14 or so totes per game, maybe a coupla targets, depending on how the 3rd down back duties shake out (he'll be on the field plenty in those situations, but it may be for added protection, not routes). his biggest asset right now is being the 2nd gl option behind LJ ... he has a very good shot at double digit TDs, imo (but good luck predicting when those occur). not the worst flex play in deeper leegs, but also not a cat who is gonna win you the week, even if he does hit his ceiling, simply due to Lamar in front of him, and the crowd behind him.
  12. from Shanny: i was expecting him [back] close to the halfway mark, but I can't remember what [the exact timeline] is," Shanahan shared, "I could get a more exact answer for you on that the next time we talk (which will be Wednesday). But since Jeff had his injury, and how it's been going, he's definitely on schedule to come back."I think we were saying like weeks six through eight. I just haven't asked for a while. But he's looked great around here, working out, getting ready. I know he'll be helping us sometime this year."
  13. they never counted on so much KG rz usage ... it's gotta sting ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฌ
  14. jeeeezussss, tough room, tho - pounced on thrice in a matter of seconds ๐Ÿ˜ ๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿšฌ๐ŸŒ€
