  1. The Bears went 12-4 because they allowed the least points in the NFL last year. But his offense sucks. He has one of the best defenses in the NFL but he refuses to implement (or is incapable of designing?) a consistent running game. Nagy was stupid last year. It was discussed frequently that he was being saved by the defense. And he’s stupid this year.
  2. Yea to everyone saying the Fins and Skins don’t want a vet like Gordon, I thought the entire point of getting him was the comp pick they could get next year.
  3. Possibly an indication the Seahawks want to open up the passing offense more? Lockett, Metcalf, Gordon is an absurd receiving core to be throwing 20 times a game.
  4. Hmm, I don’t like that it could potentially impact target share. But surely this hurts Metcalf far worse than Lockett. Always the question of does it end up impacting number of targets or quality of targets more?
  5. You and Dr Chao gotta go and try to ruin the party huh?
  6. What does everyone think about the SF defense going forward after this performance against Arizona and losing Kwon?
  7. Still could turn out fine. But I was a little concerned about if the Cardinals’ up tempo spread offense could throw them off. Plus Thursday night game.
  8. So what does that say about the Cardinals that they had 82 yards in the first half? 😂
  9. Drake showing the Dolphins what they were missing out on. Next up, 25/200/1 and 5/60/1 for Jordan Howard against Nagy.
  10. The breakout is coming tonight boys. 11/130/1 despite the matchup.
  11. The Ravens don’t seem all that tough against the run on the couple sites I’ve looked at. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef/2019 - Ranked 21st against the run and 13th against the pass https://www.fantasypros.com/nfl/matchups/rb.php - Allowed the 20th most fantasy points to RBs, so they are in the top half of least points allowed, but not elite. I don’t know the Ravens players that well, so are they better against the run than the metrics might show?
  12. Coach Matt LaFleur said Davante Adams (toe) is day to day. Adams was reportedly running faster at Wednesday's practice than he was last week. He's certainly moving in the right direction, but he's still very much questionable for Week 9 against the Chargers. His injury report on Thursday and Friday will paint a clearer picture to whether he suits up or not. Adams' eventual return will make Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Allen Lazard, Geronimo Allison, and Jake Kumerow even dicier fantasy options.
  13. That’s what I was going to ask - non-helmet light practice for the whole team or just Adams? Sounds like the whole team. I may have just orgasmed.
  14. Is this noteworthy at all for Winston this week? I can’t say I know anything about Tedric Thompson, but looks like he’s played most of the snaps for the Seahawks this year.
  15. Usually iffy starting a player coming off injury, especially one like a toe injury. But I would think with their record if he plays then the team believes he’s 100%. I wonder how safe of an assumption that is...obviously practice reports should hopefully help.
  16. Not many things I’d like to see more than Howard going 30/200/3 this week. Heck maybe add on about 5 catches for 60 and another TD just for kicks and giggles.
  17. Regardless of if the Bills land Bell, if there’s any truth that they’re looking to get him, that gives me pause about what they think of Singletary. I get that Bell is great, but if you have a player that you believe in, paying 10x for Bell doesn’t seem worth it.
  18. Yea it was good to see he still got volume with Rex active. Sometimes the fantasy community loves a player but the coach hates him. Sometimes the fantasy community hates a player but the coach loves him. By all appearances the latter seems to be the case here.
  19. Interesting tweet. You have to read through his comments to get all the details. In summary, Nagy doesn’t like I-Form, but that’s where they saw success. Outside of the 55 yard run from shotgun, singleback and shotgun formation was a failure.
