  1. Both good but I would go with Simmons.
  2. My OCD is through the rood at the moment. It makes me imagine things that aren't real. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do?
  3. What exercise should I try? And I'd appreciate recommendations for therapies.
  4. I am starter in doing exercise, I have been in a sedentary lifestyle but I am planning to start soon. I wish I can make it to feel better.

  7. I suffer with ptsd but I'm just starting to realise that I also have a fear of failure. I'm sure there has to be others out there dealing with this. I would love to hear about other people's experiences and methods of treating this.
