  1. I guess we’ll just have to disagree on my Kamara take, even though he scored 15 more TDs and had over 350 more total yards in 2020 than he did in 2019 and that was with Taysom Hill only giving him 1 target over a 2 game period. I think it is a big factor but I really do respect your take on it also. It’s going to be interesting to see who Thomas does from here on out.
  2. I only said “might” in response to another poster mentioning that he’s not retiring for sure. I thought he was retiring 100%.
  3. Since I had already mentioned my Kamara thoughts, really didn’t think I needed to include them again, but I still feel that Kamara playing thru injuries which resulted in his very subpar season was a major factor in Thomas’s career year. Everyone knows Brees was one of the most accurate QBs in the history of the NFL, and his physical demise hurt Thomas a lot also and if Brees comes back, he’s just a shell of his former shelf and really don’t see that as anything positive.
  4. In 2019 he averaged around 24 points a game in PPR leagues, this year with Taysom Hill, he averaged around 15 to 16 points in the games that Hill started, so I guess you are referring to other seasons that Thomas was amazing with Taysom Hill as his QB. Thomas is getting older, his body is getting banged up and he is losing one of the best QBs of all time. I just can’t see him being consistent or even close to his top 3 seasons. He’ll have some good games most definitely, but he just won’t be consistent/trustworthy.
  5. That was with one of the most accurate passing QBs in history, so yes, it will be absolutely shocking if Thomas ever comes close to having a season close to his 2018 season.
  6. A healthy Kamara had a negative effect on Thomas’s production this season also. Thomas’s record setting 2019 season was mainly a result of Kamara’s injuries. 2019 was the perfect storm for Thomas.
  7. CEH is someone I won’t touch next year if Damien Williams comes back for KC.
  8. People say “play your studs”, but if they have a very bad matchup and you have a good option instead, I think you have to go with your gut.
  9. It’s really unbelievable that Robinson didn’t get chosen.
  10. Can’t wait to see what DK gets for his 2nd contract, he is so underpaid now. I know there are a lot of players who are or have been in similar situations, but this isn’t their thread.
  11. I’m starting him this week, benching Goedert and Jonnu Smith.
  12. At least it’s a Saturday game, we can be put out of our misery earlier.
  13. Tyreek Hill did this in 2018 also. TD Tyreek Celebration
  14. Most of his drops would be catches if he just watched the ball all the way in. Look at the drop yesterday, he turns his head before the ball is in his hands. He did the exact thing 2 weeks ago when he dropped a pass crossing over the middle. Fix that and his drops will be greatly reduced. He clearly isn’t in the same class as Julio, who happens to be one of the greatest WR of all time, but I’ve seen Julio drop quite a few passes over his career. I’ll just disagree with you when you say DK has pretty bad hands.
  15. Most of Metcalf drops are because he’s trying to run before he catches the ball. He doesn’t watch the ball all the way in before he turns his head to run. This is fixable.
