  1. Well, the Raiders just signed the best cover LB in the league, so...
  2. Of course he does - he’s from Boston.
  3. Which aleckss will prove smarter...only time will tell now...
  4. Yes, truly one of the better lines seen in Tampa in quite some time. Much of that had to do with the amazing turnaround of Ryan Jensen from one of the worst centers in the game to basically the best - seemingly out of nowhere - last season. The tackles are average at best and Cappa at RG is still learning and doesn’t seem to have a high ceiling. I’d be willing to bet they will make upgrading the right side of the line a priority - they’re pretty much stuck with Smith at LT for the time being.
  5. Judging from both Arians’ and now Licht’s comments, I don’t think TB is gearing up for a departure from Arians’ signature deep-strike offense.
  6. Brings back memories of hearing Licht defend his decision to draft a kicker in the second round - I do think Brady will last at least a year longer than Aguayo did.
  7. Hasn’t the man had enough at this point? I feel like the point has been made.
  8. Graham Barfield @GrahamBarfield Ranking the Patriots current 2020 QB options: 1) Sanu 2) Stidham 3) Edelman 4) Hoyer 5) Kessler
  9. Spelling of “Rivers” checks out....
  10. Don’t ever forget it! ☝🏻👍🏻
  11. Speaking of former students of the game, lunch-pail fellas, that Brady used to work with? Antonio ain’t free anytime soon.
  12. I think the sides just agreed on the service-time issue
  13. I agree on Hopkins - I don’t agree that Watson has established some sort of trend of running less frequently.

  16. Tough call - I could be persuaded either way.
  17. I’d be happy to - thank you for the kind words!
  18. Thanks! I think Taylor will go first. I think the Chiefs would be wasting an early pick if they went RB with one of their early five. Honestly, I really like CEH as an all-around talent. Both Akers and Swift are good at the position.
  19. You are aware he’s signed, right?
  20. I was joking - I’m not wading into that debate. One thing is for sure: Thomas won’t be able to complain about a lack of weapons for the remainder of his career.
  21. Akers: needs to improve his decision-making, balance and footwork behind the line. He invites contact which can lead to injuries - he’s very “north-south” - not shifty. More of a bulldozer. Poor technique as a blocker. Gets tunnel vision and fails to identify pursuit defenders. Ran in a gap/wide-zone scheme that did well to mask his vision/footwork deficiencies. Swift: Jack-of-all-trades, master of none. Limited skill-set and unrefined approach between the tackles. Wins mainly due to acceleration and cuts/spins when 1-on-1 with a defender. Inefficient route breaks and struggles to elude LBs.
  22. You can’t compare the GOAT to Tom Brady...
