  1. They just decided to give him $24.5M and $15M guaranteed. They’re not using a high draft pick on a running back. Even if they did, I still maintain Ekeler would be in the RB1 conversation.
  2. I agree. Only it isn’t factually true that a franchised RB will earn over $12M this season
  3. I might be off-base here - but I sorta feel like Lindsay isn’t going to be better than a flex at this point.
  4. Ekeler was putatively regarded as a back-up to Gordon - but proved himself to be better and cheaper.
  5. Cool. You won’t draft him then. Don’t even worry yourself on that score.
  6. I apologize for that double-post. Beyond that, what’s the question?
  7. They’re not even playing the same position - move along here
  8. I mean. It was Chaim Bloom who announced it would be “elective.” If you’re looking for a fall guy.
  9. I think it would have to be a fairly deep league to speculate on him.
  10. Oh crap - sorry! I didn’t think so. It’s basically Bostonian reporters feeling affronted by not being given any facts regarding Sale’s surgery. I understand their frustration.
  11. He should be awesome. I’d put him right near but outside the top-3.

  14. Assuming you meant “Fant,” that’s ridiculously high. And I’m high on him.
  15. If Kamara is available at the turn, he’s a must-draft. Yes, I agree with this strategy.
  16. Maybe - I don’t know if I’d be fearful of that, though. Losing Harris is a blow. Outside of Miller, Chubb, and Simmons, they don’t have much in the way of impact defenders. I thought Fangio would’ve coached a better defense last season. I agree with you on Shurmur and Lock’s development. The Denver offensive players may be somewhat of a steal in drafts this season.
  17. Right - I see him as a late first-rounder actually.
  18. Well, sure - I think Tom Brady was certainly one of those people thinking it could happen. And others have speculated that Brady would stump for AB wherever he ended up.
  19. I’m somewhat following you - but it sounds like you’re expecting him to be available as a third pick. I don’t see that happening at all.
