Relax. I doubt he misses more than a single game. They put him as a doubtful instead of a ruled out for rest of the game, so that bodes well. Hopefully.

I saw that too. "Doubtful" but let's see how his sprained foot feels the following day and after that.  Man, we are going to need him as we're headed toward the stretch run in the fantasy season.  He's been simply amazing for me since I traded for him earlier in the season.

How would you rate/analyse this team? Any suggestions of improvements, trade targets, pitfalls or mistakes?

In a 12 team, 9 cat, H2H league. Won my first match 5-4.

Had 11/13 players play (No Draymond or Kemba)

Middle-end of week changes  Added Keldon, Bazley, Boucher, Cousins (1st waiver position)
Dropped Haliburton, Miles Bridges, Dillon Brooks, Plumlee (dropped)

    Ranks:
    FG% - 8 /// FT% - 2 /// 3PM - 8 /// REB - 7 /// AST - 2 /// STL - 6 /// BLK - 11 /// TO - 9 /// PTS - 8
    ( Won in FT%, 3's, AST, STL, PTS )

With the new players, I have addressed FG%, REB, BLK, TO, PTS. STL's should stay about the same. FT% will drop but I'm in the 80's so not really too worried. 3's should do better with current players improving rate to what it should be + new players all hit 3's. Draymond playing will help with a bunch of categories. Will probably have way too many assists. When Kemba is back, 3's, points and assists will also increase but FG% will fall a lot.

Anyone have any ideas or takes on this?

The Keldon, Bazley and Boucher are great additions!  You scored on those additions.  Boucher has instantly increased your chances at winning the blocks CAT as long as he gets consistent minutes which I think he will this season.  As for Cousins, it's a wait and see approach and at this point in his career, we'll take anything he can give us based on the small sample size during the pre-season with John Wall by his side.

As for the overall outlook on your team, I like it and you'll obviously get a better idea once Draymond and Kemba get back. Good luck!

  3. Greetings Rotoworld fam,

Your thoughts on me acquiring Myles Turner for Josh Richardson?  I was in need of another big to pair with Embid to solidify the blocks and boards cat so I was willing to part with Richardson.  I like what Richardson was bringing to begin the year as the 2nd go-to scorer behind Doncic but I was willing to part with him in this case.  Picking up Garland early off the FA wire also contributed to this decision.  Thoughts?  Fair trade?

    Thank you.

  4. Gawd he looks rejuvenated on this Clippers team. He just "fits" in this offense and is more versatile than a Morris.  Thoughts on if coach Lue decided to keep Batum in the starting lineup once Morris returns? I'm thinking he stays so I picked him up and dropped some fodder.  That stat line is just too good to pass up (also knowing his past history).

Sorry but this comment bothers me. What is he, a chicken sandwich? 🤣

Hahaha! I was talking with friends in a group chat and that's exactly what our conversation turned into when we were talking about Garland's game that evening. I was craving fried chicken LOL

  6. DeAndre has looked solid this preseason and seems to have locked up that starting position (w/ his defense too). I went ahead and picked him up from my leagues FA wire and hope he breaks out.  He's got the size and his off season work has seemed to pay off. Let's hope it transitions over to the regular season.

  7. Man, I need more clarification on this agreed trade and whether or not there are other players involved (ie. Dieng). If not, is the coach and organization SOLD on this guy being their starting center going forward???  Part of me says, no because he's a second year center and ALL chips are in for a championship run.

I just can't see it and and there must be another move in place to land a center (ie. Drummond).

    What a line

When they go against teams that can't compete with them you will see these lines like this, however he still has to compete with Harrell.  Last year, it was Harrell who got the most run and crunch time minutes but when you look at the Clippers this year, they're even more high powered offensive team which bodes well for fantasy.  Zubac will only become relevant if he is able to carve out consistent minutes but it's still early so it's something to keep an eye on.  I have him on my bench as a handcuff for Harrell.
