  1. Not expecting much except continued mediocrity... not horrible. not great. just meh.
  2. back to AL-only games for the next five series, with Cleveland's upcoming schedule being: Royals, Tigers, Rays, White Sox & Twins He should be able to get a little healthy off some of these pitching staffs even if it takes him 2-3 games to get going.
  3. I'm not sure how you could pass him up in a 10-team+ league In his last 30 days, he's got 17 runs, 9 HR, 20 RBI, and a BA/OPS of .298/.1011 I'll happily put that kind of production in my line-up every day. Even without the 3-homer game, the recent stats are decent and suggest that he might be able to ride the wave until the season is over.
  4. Dude had more playing time when Puig and Gennett were still around ...
  5. There is speculation on MLB Network that Bauer is going to get flipped to another team by tomorrow ...
  6. As usual, it depends on league size and whatnot. Saying "meh" or he's not a must-own seems to be a bit of an oversimplification. In an 8- or 10-team redraft league, sure probably not that valuable... in a 12-team redraft, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's probably OK to have a 40-HR guy as your 5th OF almost regardless of OBP.
  7. I'm pretty sure he was hitting 4th even when everyone was healthy earlier in the year....
  8. Wouldn't be surprised to see this be another season-ender.
  9. He's talented, but irritating to own because he's more fragile than most players. Right now the team has him not playing three consecutive games from him coming off shoulder surgery, which makes sense but it seems like just when he gets going, he gets injured again. That's been my experience as a GP owner anyways .... love the talent, but in daily leagues he's the opposite of a "set it and forget it" player.
  10. There was no delay when he faced the Twins, the Twins line-up just tagged him over and over again. Although that is a pretty good line-up!
  11. I drank the FAAB Kool-Aid on Homer Bailey, clearly I should have known better.
  12. Yeah, it's almost as likely Thames goes into a deep slump while Aguilar comes out of his ...
