everyone has gathered... shhhhhhhhh

Its like a sighting of big foot, very rare to see Roeth on line, lol

I'm good for yahoo, but can't remember who it was that had an issue moving. Also, 2 years in a row now Kanter has higher picks not because of his team being bad, but because he doesn't set line up

RotoWorld:

Matt Ryan "must have lived in the weight room all offseason," notes NFL.com's Pat Kirwan.

Ryan smartly pointed out that the strength Tom Brady added early in his career helped to make him one of the best in the game. Ryan is on the Brady/Peyton Manning career path as a cerebral quarterback who can make all the throws and has already demonstrated a fourth-quarter presence.

Ill WIll - I am never really that excited when QB get on these weight lifting kicks. As a professional trainer I know that it can be very gratifying(in the mirror) but sudden weight gain specifically hard muscle can lead to significant injuries occuring during extreme athletic activity. Now obviously if you do it slowly, 3-5 pounds a month with significant training for viability can be a good thing. I'm sure he did this the right way -he is a smart dude- but it is a little scary to think of MY franchise QB rocking up in the summer. GRRRRR! All the same nonsense was said about Tav. Jackson last year and how hes was benching 400 lbs. For QBs I think "guns" are overated. Seen Marino's arms? LOL.

Don't imagine it'll get back to me before tonight but if it does, and someone wants to text me the picks after Buckhalter, 208-610-1415.

Have a great day everybody!

Is it 2009 or 2010 draft picks? If '09, you're obviously getting Crabtree or Beanie Wells and another good player at 2.6. Not sure.
