So when I go into a draft, will the starting values be dynamic based on my league structure (number of teams, roster spots, scoring categories, etc.)? Or does it just use a generic "standard" league to start?

Well obviously it depends on your league settings, but as a general rule the values that are put out by the major websites are a decent guideline, but don't worry about going over or under on them by up to $5 if you feel that someone is worth the value or it's at a position that is drying up. They will be dynamic depending on your league size, settings, categories, owners, etc. The values you find in the magazines and on-line are generic at best and give you a very basic idea of an auction price.
