Paxton + solid closer/ OF3 for a deGrom type maybe...? With this 10 day DL BS every pitcher is injury prone. I'm riding Paxton till the wheels fall off.
Fuzzy_Slippers 3,941
I'm not looking to sell him. Love his stuff and will continue to hold.

Z06vette 1,519
Paxton (forearm) threw four innings in a rehab start for Double-A Arkansas on Friday night and is expected to rejoin the rotation Wednesday, MLB.com reports. Paxton threw 55 pitches and allowed two runs on five hits. His control was sharp, as he didn't walk a batter. Paxton was lights out in six starts before hitting the disabled list (1.43 ERA, 0.88 WHIP), and he looks like he's in fine form as he nears his return.

80version 785
What are your expectations for tonight? It's not the same COL LU away, but still formidable. I am optomistic Paxton will perform well, based on how he faired in his rehab but it was AA which is definitely not the same as MLB hitters.
BohCountyBats 170
Optimistic here. 95 pitches, 6 innings, 6-7 k's, 3 earned runs is my guess.
bradwatson 1,613
It looks like he's fully regained the added velocity he found last year. Pumping 98 mph gas with relative ease. Touched 99 already and I didn't see a fastball below 97. Very early on but he looks awesome.
Z06vette 1,519
And you really want to ponder something, he's already faced Houston twice and look at those results.......As we all know, health is the only issue here.

UberRebel 580
Wish I started him on all the three teams I had. (Yes, I like him so much I drafted him on every team). Edited June 1, 2017 by UberRebel
MrBrett 134
Listened to the radio broadcast. Looks like Seattle had a 75 pitch limit for him. Wished they had let him finish the inning but happy to have him back.

CanadianSportsJunkie 191
Question is anyone buying him? His trade value is still high which could really only go up if he stays healthy.
