I swear, he's one of the most underappreciated guys in fantasy. So glad I took this stud 4th overall. There's just a certain sense of confidence knowing he's on your team, Mr. Consistency.

I suppose that's why his thread is never bumped. Just another day at the office I guess.

Yep. I feel like even rotoworld writers underrate him too. Top 5 back at least.

Devonta Freeman had 19 carries for 84 yards and two touchdowns and caught two passes for 16 yards in the Falcons' Week 2 win over the Packers.
Both of his touchdowns were goal-line conversions. Freeman had 13 more carries than Tevin Coleman, but Coleman saw just 17 fewer snaps and vultured a TD. The Falcons went run heavy with a second-half lead, and Freeman salted the game away late in the fourth quarter. Freeman is locked in as a top-12 play against Detroit in Week 3. Sep 18 - 12:09 AM

Still can't get a bump for this STUD.

Guess there's just not much to say. This guy is a locked and loaded RB1 week in and week out. The split with Coleman week 1 was a bit troubling, but looks like we're in the clear. The talk of a less efficienct Atlanta offense leading to greater volume appears to be coming true

That TD Coleman vultured sure would have been nice.  Not as many catches this year?  Also, the huge games may not be a thing anymore.  At least he's fairly consistent.

Just cant believe they completely abandoned the run in the 2nd half with a 17-0 lead, had both Freeman and TC in there and it was looking so good at half time. I know the Dolphins had several super long drives, but man you would have figured Atlanta learned their lesson not getting cute with huge 2nd half leads, nope!

You want some kind of medal for taking him 4th overall? Is that right?? If so, come on man. Terrible value at 4.

Gordon in the first round is better. If you got Gurley in the 2nd round that's even better.

The Falcons learned absolutely nothing from that Super Bowl loss.

Listen to them today and they are talking about getting stats for Julio Jones instead of protecting leads to win games.  It's ridiculous.

As a Julio owner I'm perfectly on-board with what they are talking about.

Devonta owner is shopping him around, is the split with Tevin looking that bad? Have not watched on TV only seen the stats

Freeman is getting much higher playing share than last year.

9 carries 63 yards and a 17-0 lead. Such bad play calling.

This is a team that couldn't beat the Bills or Dolphins at home.  And they should have lost to the Bears and Lions as well.  They should be 1-4, despite a plethora of superior talent.  The coaching staff is horrible.

As a JJ owner, thats nice to hear. Will it happen...probably not.

Atlanta has to realize their defense is average at best and need to be outscoring their opponents to win.

So says the hero that wants his thread bumped for taking Freeman 4th overall.

I wanted it bumped cause I took him 4th overall? Again, you’re an idiot. I want it bumped because he’s one if the most consistent, underrated fantasy players out there. Before this week, he was ranked 5th in standard AND that includes him being on bye week 5.

But you go ahead and have fun trying to call people out for idiotic stuff. Come back at the end of the year and let’s see how these RB’s shake out before proclaiming Freeman isn’t worth an early pick.
