Would it not be best for him to get suspended now?  This way he is back for weeks 15/16 (fantasy playoffs).  If he gets suspended 2 weeks from now he is worthless.

oh he is going to get suspended again if he wins?

Obviously we want him to win so he doesn't get suspended at all.

I'm saying, if he wins this round but the NFL wins the next round and the suspension gets upheld in 2 weeks then he's done for the year, from a fantasy perspective.

From what I understand, this will go to 2nd circuit, regardless of tonights result.

what's up with the tweet about going to the 2nd circuit?  did we lose?

both parties in this case are losers.  the only winner are the lawyers and the money they are taking with them to the bank

If it goes to the 2nd court, the chances are high that happens in the offseason due to the nature of the pace of appeals courts.

I'm just relaying what I read in a tweet. From how I understood it, that would mean she's currently writing a very nuanced and thorough articulation of her decision for the 2nd Circuit to take into consideration in the inevitable appeal.

Thank you for the info.

I see you are new here too. When posting certainties like this, please do link the tweet from which you read. It helps people immensely.

not sure if posted, but saw it on espn

the report from espn is that, take it for what it's worth

1. crotty decision is not a factor ( she states that was more to not step on her toes)

2. reporter states that tone with union was more combative
