Yup, Cain's done.

 

He used to live up in the zone and induce a ton of popouts with late secondary zip on that fastball, but that was when it was 93-94.

 

Now that he can't break 90 anymore, guys just sit on that and his secondary stuff isn't as good anymore either because there isn't enough separation on the fastball.

And as good as he looked in the first, he melts down somewhat in the 2nd. Lol. 

Mostly due to losing a little control, and a terrible changeup thrown in a 3-2 count that got a guy on base.

have to imagine his contract is the only thing that dictates he play.
