Trade- Smallwood for Crowell - 100% WHIR

Recommended Posts

I was offered isiah Crowell for Wendell Smallwood in a 0.5 ppr league. 16 teams

Smallwood was a bench guy for me and now with sproles injury, his playing time will increase. My other rbs in a 16 team league are gurley, tevin coleman, Doug Martin, and Brieda.

Crowell is the starter but has struggled first 3 games. The opponents were difficult, minus the colts. I thought he would have done better running behind that line and the schedule going forward doesn’t seem to favorable.

I would be getting Crowell. He will be a bye week replacement back. I also have Jeffery at wr so it would be 2 Eagles.

What would you do? Take Crowell or keep Smallwood?

Take Crowell.  I think he's a proven commodity and will eventually get things going in Cleveland.  Smallwood, on the other hand, is unproven and could still have to contend with Lagarrett Blount for playing time depending on who the Eagles are playing.

I am thinking so too but still hesitant

Smallwood has the greater upside.  If this is a bench player I would take a flier on him.  If you need a instant starter then Crowell

I kind of like this train of thought.

Return the favor?
