Gary Harris simply is not very good at anything.  There's not really any one category where he is going to give you a huge boost in.  At best, Harris is ok to use as your worst starter hoping that he won't really kill you in anything, but anyone who drafted Harris inside the top 100 expecting more is going to really regret it.    There's no way on earth he's going to match last year's production.

No way on earth???

hahahaha

To those these people who say they wouldn't have drafted Gary Harris in top 100 or that his stats really didn't help much last year...

Do you not understand how fantasy usually works? It has a lot to do with statistics. You can't argue with numbers. Many drafted after studying the combined statistics of GH's game from last season. He isn't performing well that's for sure. But we are relying more on last 57 games that he played last season, and 131 games prior to that.

It's fair to say that he isn't performing his ADP currently. Nothing more nothing less.

He's very good at 3s. And steals.

Regardless, who cares? He should be a net-positive in 6-7 categories. Are you trying to spin a very good, balanced player that provides roster flexibility as a bad thing?

i can't believe the amount of impatience this year with players, including Gary Harris.

on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most concerned, I am literally a 1.  I expect him to have a very solid game today and build off of it with the games after that.

Lol good call. Solid game haha

Remember: if they're posting here, there's people in your leagues that are just as ignorant and reactionary.  Always be looking for buy lows.  Don't panic because someone starts the season with a bad week.

This happens to a handful of players every ******** year.  What did Covington finish last year?  How did he start?

Won two years in a row with Covington. Last season was sweet because the owner panic dropped.

For newcomers, check out basketballmonster.com. It explains why GH was valuable last season, and why we had drafted him at the ADP this season.

I missed the 3rd quarter. From what I had seen they were having Murray play the two man game with Jokic instead of Gary, and quite frankly Jamal's decision making sucks. He is the one who should be standing around waiting for the spot up three. Gary was feasting off of cuts last year, but I guess that genius Malone wants to show the world that anyone can get plugged into his offense and succeed.

Draft guys you believe in

The panic in here is soiled with ADP/Roto-feeders that don't watch basketball.

Harris is high ball IQ/Hustle/2-way player. That doesn't get forgotten. Unless he is suddenly out of shape and "regressed" into a lazy, selfish basketball player, just buckle down and deal with the "bad half" w/o posting in his thread questioning his entire existence as a basketball player.

This team has a lot of new/moving parts, Harris is the kind of player that will fit regardless.

These forums are literally dying because of people who have clearly never invested in anything. Ever.
