PG13 for Porter? WHIR

Recommended Posts

8 team 9 cat

Got offered Paul George for my Otto Porter and Jayson Tatum. Since I'm in a shallow league there are enough good players on the wire.

Rest of my team:

Lillard, Conley, Rubio, Smith Jr., Beverley

Oladipo

Porter, Tatum, Hollis-Jefferson

Turner, A. Gordon

Towns, Capela

In a shallow league, any time you can do a 2 for 1 to upgrade your core players is a good strategy. The FA pool has plenty of talents in a shallow league that can make up for some lost stats, so your goal should always be to do 2 for 1's to upgrade to become "top" heavy.

I got that. My main question is: is PG13 a massive upgrade to Otto and worth it?

Yes, definitely. Paul George gives you Otto Porter stats with more points, more 3s (albeit more TOs). Once that OKC team starts to mesh together, watch out. His shooting % is low now because of them being a new team. His usage rate is still there.
