He only shoots threes. If you want anything else GTFO.

Picked up his 4th foul early in the 3rd and sat until middle of 4th.  Shame because he was on pace to play big minutes.   And he hits 2 threes as soon as he comes back in the fourth.

SVG guys who are starting and get high usage typically find themselves being roster-worthy. He's able to maximize player talents' and have them hit above their weight. Courtney Lee, Rashard, Turkoglu,

The guy isn't a must-add by any stretch but he's perfectly fine for me as the last person on my roster in a 12-teamer. He is a solid contributor for threes, some points, doesn't hurt your percentages/turnovers and will chip in a steal per game on average. And while these last 2 games were pre-Blake trade, I do like that he had 11 rebounds 8 assists, so just maybe he starts contributing more in these two stats to bolster his usefulness in a H2H. If he sucks going forward or a trade is made that undercuts his value, oh well, cut him. Generally the last spot is a streaming spot for most teams anyways - unless your team is stacked, which in that case you don't belong in a thread about Reggie Bullock.

I don't think he is even close to a must add. Check this out:

Last 30 days averaging: 30 min, 11.5 points, 2.5 threes, 2.5 rebs, 1.6 asts, 0.7 steals, 0.2 blks, 0.7 turnovers, and 51% fg and 83% ft.

His rank in those 30 days is 94th and the only reason it is that solid is because of the strong threes, super low turnovers and good percentages. The percentages are on quite low volume though so don't have a huge positive impact.

That doesn't look like a player with any breakout potential to me. Negative in rebs, assists, steals, blocks. Non factor in points. Only real benefit is 3s without hurting percentages. If anything he is a much better roto player than h2h as a player with low turnovers and good percentages on low volume can be pretty nice for roto. In h2h he is not really affecting any categories for you except 3s.

this is probably correct but I'll happy to drop him if that is the case.  Enough shooting usage is going out the door that I think he could be in line for at least an uptick in attempts.

Just spent a large chunk of my FAAB on him. Don't know much about him but I need efficient threes, steals and scoring and I know SVG loves to play his starers unlimited minutes. The fact that a young guy like Harris was traded for old broken down Blake shows that SVG wants to win now and is not real concerned about developing his young guys so I passed on Kennard and Johnson. Hopefully this works out ??

Agreed. My point as well. Bullocks last four were pretty good. Pistons are all in after this trade. So the opportunity is there for Bullock. Picked him up for fodder.

I see your point.  I have him in roto so his projected numbers will definitely help my team. Not expecting a huge breakout by any stretch, but 13 points, 2.5 threes, 1 steal on 47% shooting is exactly what my team needs.

Also swayed by the fact that SVG loves 'his guys" so I'm expecting him to get unlimited minutes. I still remember him playing KCP 40 minutes every single night the past few seasons. A rank of 94th on 30 mins is nothing to sneeze at depending on the size of your league and he can provide even more value if those minutes jump into the 35+ range.

Ya I definitely see the value in roto. In h2h to me he is just a streamer for 3s, i guess with the added benefit that he is less likely to build a brick house to destroy your fg%. Maybe he will prove me wrong though and mesh great with Blake and improve in all stats, if that happens then he is really a must add.

Lol this seems sustainable.  Will take it for tonight.

Obviously not going to shoot 70 percent every night but you have to be encouraged by the usage. He looks great out there and he’s known for being an efficient player.

He's a must-add in 12-teamers, assuming he even remotely fits your build (he doesn't fit mine, I have like 0 use for swingman stats). With how he's playing and the minutes he's in line for, he shouldn't be on any wires.

You're right, his percentages will hardly matter at all. And you're right, people saying he doesn't hurt you anywhere are wrong, although I guess you're not expecting a million rebounds, dimes, and blocks from a waiver wire 2 in fantasy anyway. He's a really strong specialist, though. Obviously the turnover value is elite. I need more than turnovers though, but the 3s and steals should be very nice too.

On the other hand, if he were to have 2 bad weeks in March I'd drop him for literally anything, because this is Reggie ******** Bullock we're talking about and that's something all of you owners should keep in mind at all times. His scorching past week is his ceiling.

I'm not concerned with breakout potential. We're knocking on February's door. Any worthwhile stashes should be long gone. I just want someone useful.
