You guys are terrible at game commentary.  Figured Gausman gave up 5 or 6 er.

Joe Mauer started this game when he was 34 years old, he's now 35.

China Dahl also just came off the DL in the minors. He’d likely strain a hammy walking to the phone to take the call.

Rick Renteria is an idiot.

Up 2 entering the 8th and he doesn't go Jones Soria to get the last 6 outs.

Sox give up a run.   Still no Jones or Soria.  Leaves Avilan in to face the hottest hitter on the planet in Lowrie who promptly hits the go ahead homer.

Then he brings in Jones.  Wtf?  Idiot...

The way the juiced ball is flying in San Diego and Oakland, its going to be a really long year for pitchers

Games during the day in both spots are different games.  The ball carries much better without the marine layer.

16 pitchers used in 11 innings in the WS/OAK game. Approaching 5 hours. Ugh.

All because of Renteria.

Rondon trying to go 3 innings now.

Would this ******** CWS/Oak game end already? My opponent this week has four different players in this one game, all of them just piling on the counting stats. Meanwhile I have nobody in that game and the only player I've had go so far today is Ian Desmond's sorry a**.

Did anyone actually see how Gausman looked today?

Eh. Not terrible. Not inspiring IMO.  It was the Tigers. Gave up 2 HR and came real close to giving up at least 2 more ER’s.

Yeah looks like he got some luck, 9 hits, 2 solo shots lol, but no walks is something I guess. I'll take it

Given how vital a role bullpens play in postseason baseball nowadays, how on earth can the Nats expect to make a deep October run with their bullpen as currently constructed? They need to add 2-3 good relievers at a minimum before the deadline.
