kane 2,851
f**k JB,sit JJJ in crunch time again
FantasyBallFan 473
He was commiting some bad fouls out there in the 4th and JB took him out. Idk about the other games but this benching was justifiable.
n.mollov 40
They lost! justify anything you want but a loss is a loss. He keeps benching him and they keep losing. If the point of sitting him is to increase your chances of winning and you still lose then what the hell? If he keeps jjj in and they lose, we’ll the result is the same, if he keeps him in and they win bickerstaff is a hero, but what he is doing will deservedly get him fired! He deserves it

RCRanger03 608
Are they coaching him to not go for Blocks to preserve him from fouling? Tremendous all around game tonight but not a stock in sight and only 1 block in the last 5 games. HE's untouchable on my team regardless, bc I'm still convinced he's going to go super saiyan after the ASB when Conley and Gasol get shut down, this Memphis team is sliding bad their last 10 games. Just traded J Allen with the trust that JJJ can held AD anchor my blocks, so the late trend is a little disheartening
RonnieRonaldo 126
Big game tonight but no stocks, ill take it.
DLG10 838
Im sure he will do great ROS since i dropped him for Boogie Cousins. Enjoy the ride guys.
ssnarky 3
good game but need stocks =/
n.mollov 40
no complaints, he got to play a lot of minutes and showed some rebounding prowess vs drummond and balek of all people stocks will probably be down for a while as he is trying to not foul but they ll pick up in the coming years

Like others said, he's playing a bit more carefully to avoid fouls. As he develops, he'll learn to block shots without fouling too much and along with his growing offensive game, his numbers will go way up everywhere. I think he'll blow up in a big way after the ASB
Russianog 31
^ I agree, I'm waiting until after the ASB before I finalize my opinions on anyone

Lol yeah it was sort of rhetorical lol... technically this season is all that matters. I’ll worry about what someone can do for me next year, next year.
socal.trades714@yahoo.com 127
I've been holding pretty tightly on JJJ. I think the potential for a big second half is very possible. That being said, he can be extremely frustrating to own.
n.mollov 40
What the crap??? 0 fouls, +1 rating and green has played as many minutes as him im putting money on bickerstaff being the next coach fired

RedRaider27 531
This guy is filled with talent and potential, a lot of fun to watch. However, the lack of rebounds does scare me. Anyone who watches a lot of their games have any insight? He's only playing 25 minutes, so I'm not expecting 10 rebounds a game or anything like that, but at least give me 6 or 7, 4 is pretty low for a young, athletic big like him.

I did watch him for a couple of games and his lack of REBs is more mental than physical. Some of the loose balls / "free" rebounds just fall within 3-6 feet from where he's at and he doesn't even bother to get them. He plays very good defense though so I think it's most likely that his defensive motor ends with contesting/blocking shots. Looking at his college stats, he's not much of a rebounder either. With all this being said, at such a young age, these kind of things can be taught. We might have to wait until next year though.

RCRanger03 608
My guess is that career wise he'll top out at 7 or 8 rebounds... I'm struggling to comp him as a player yet as he grows into the league and figures out his fouling Peak Rasheed Wallace fits his per36 profile right now, but I think JJJ could be a better scorer. Can we get a handband on JJJ?
Isaacxhan 74
I die a little inside for each foul he gets before the half
