So you’re saying the Cavs front office is literally sitting Ty Lue down and telling him to make sure TT gets close to 30 minutes a night at the expense of Nance?

And exactly which NBA team is interested in a washed up unathletic big man who’s declining skill set is obsolete in today’s NBA?

Yeah, I’m gonna go with Occam’s razor on this one and just conclude Ty Lue is an idiot.

Lol he literally got fired for playing veterans against front office’s wishes

Geniuses are often misunderstood when they are alive.   100 years from now, our grandkids’ grandkids will read about your trade in history books

I think people over analyze and spend way too much time planning out all of this punt this punt that. If you need a big man you probably want boards and possibly blocks and a good fg%. You should not

I hope this guy gets at least 30 minutes a game, with 15/8/4/2/1. That would be enough for me to not care about Love.

That’s aggressive but not too far off. I would drop everything by one. He doesn’t block shots unfortunately.

I too would like my waiver wire pickup to be 2nd/3rd round value.

Fair enough. I'd be happy with 14/7/3/1 as well

If you watch him on good nights, you wonder why he doesn't play more. I've owned him when he has started up good stretches before, and eventually he got into foul trouble or got hurt. He may be a little soft in regards to playing when a little hurt. He has all the opportunity in the world though, so I can see the excitement but it also has a lot to do with him and his availability to play and keep himself in a game.

My problem with him is that he lacks threes AND blocks, with historically weak FT. Though the FT could improve this year..

Last year as I recall he fared well as a help defender, but wasn't a good rim protector. I don't see that changing. Also, with all the faster, hero-ball, iso guards, he got burned defending on switches.

But I guess I can't complain for the price I got him - off the wire. The points, rebounds and assists are nice, but if he could up his FT to 75% whilst maintaining his 1.5 steals, he could be a valuable glue guy for teams stacked in threes or blocks. Also wish he would get C already
