In this case that would make a lot of sense...

Krambone 397
He had some good swings last night and Zack G was balling but I was encouraged by his patience and I vote for Fran Solo.

Flyman75 4,872
I don’t know how it breaks down late in the game, but with RISP this year Franmil is hitting .290 in 31 AB with 3 HR and 14 RBI. He has a .918 OPS with RISP. 2

Pressing is a good hypothesis, and I trust the eyeball opinions around here until I see otherwise. Stat heads might say SSS statistical noise. Another likely contributer: his late inning AB have been limited to when the Padres are behind, since coach is pulling him for defensive substitutions. So most of those ABs are in pressure conditions against top tier pitching. I wonder what league wide averages look like in late game, trailing situations.

GriffeySwag 1,141
I'm out. He's a one category performer, and that one category is devalued due to the power surge across the league this year. Negative in AVG/OBP, R, SB, and even RBI's are mediocre due to mainly hitting solo shots.

I agree with this. some might laugh and say that is stupid. he hits HRs and his RBI total is not even good for that many HRs. he will be a player who tallies most of his HRs in a few weeks span. in points leagues especially.
