Marcus Smart 2018-2019 season outlook

He's a hold in most situations and I like that at least you know what you're getting out of him: elite steals (could finish top 5) and borderline elite A/to ratio.  He also picks up decent rebounds/blocks for a guard and hits a three.  Putrid FG% drags down his value so you have to either be punting or able to stomach it.  Low points also doesn't help.  For example, he's probably my 8th best player in a roto league where I'm punting FT because I need his assists and steals but is my 10th best player in another roto league where I'm guard heavy and don't need his steals as much.  In a third roto league I'm not rostering him, it just depends on your situation....
