Doesn't Gurley have arthritis in his knee? That doesn't go away.

I've read it's nothing, I've read it's worse than arthritis and everything in between. I'm kinda lost on the whole thing now. So forgive my ignorance please.

Where?

Sports injury predictor. (Sounds credible right lol) but its hasnt been updated for a good while (like December) but they said it was just inflammation which is what we were fed for a while.and I've seen where sean mcvay denies its arthritis but he could and is prolly lying. I've seen that hes talked about using stem cell surgery to repair the knee but mcvay also denied that. I'm sure hes got something wrong with him. I know he denied physicals for some pro teams In the combine because of his ACL tear maybe this is something hes battled since then? But I'm dont wanna crush the guy in my personal rankings till the fog settles. So once again forgive my ignorance on the whole thing.

Why would you cite something that hasn't been updated since December?

Late February.

I guess "wear and tear" is a little more than nothing but they claim there is "no injury" but I think the arthritis claims came out shortly after this came out.

Well if hes still limping, then Gurley probably is going to fall. Basic wear and tear or even the ole arthritic knee. it is going to become problematic for him long term. Malcom Brown is going to become bees knees. Top 4 rbs are in order, but CMC, Kamara, Zeke and Saquan. I would still IMO, lean with Kamara or Saquan at 1.

It's April. It's not 'nothing'.

Just to be sure I wasn't being sarcastic, you made me go reread this stuff. It seemed like only a couple weeks old in my head lol. Thank you

Oh yeah, I wasn't trying to be a dick. I just hadn't read anywhere that this could all be smoke/don't think that's accurate.

Just saw this and I know its dumb to think this way... but it makes me wanna draft Kamara at all costs.

The yoke isn't even dangerous, now that yoga ball s--- is plain stupid.

It's only stupid if you're not trained. With him young and in absolute top shape, it's probably fine. At least he makes it look like he could do it blindfolded.

Of course for someone like me, my knees and ankles hurt just thinking about it.

I hate the saints with a passion but I’ll take Kamara over gurley without a second thought. Far too much risk for me in the first.

I think you are suffering from transference and it’s the Panthers you really hate.

Now tell us about your Mother...

Nah, its still stupid. Will he find himself with his ankles/knees in those compromised positions at any point during a game? No benefit to it, all risk. A lot of dumb S&C coaches out there.

I actually feel the opposite...wouldn't this yoga ball training strengthen the ligaments in his ankles and knees to help him avoid sprains/tears during awkward tackles?? Also improves overall balance which will help prevent injury.

you mention balance, the yoga ball balances kamara's anahatra shakra, and it aligns kamara's cundalina shakra, opens his muladahara shakra ---

i mean, we're talking about skills directly transferable to the saints' backfield and kamara's projections. it's simply the science of sports training.

No. Look at the angle of his ankles/knees, its non functional. There is a reason no credible S&C coaches do these things and these exercises are universally ridiculed in the industry.

Are you like a doctor or strength and conditioning specialist or something that can verify this? (Seriously wanna know). I mean I certainly dont know anything about it I just thought it was awfully impressive and just seeing the hand eye coordination just blows my mind.
