You mean the phantom thigh bruise they reported because his arthritic knee was acting up? Yeah, sure...he's good to go.

i can guarantee that if there was never any reports on his knee you or anyone else would not notice any limp, him getting up "slowly", him being helped up by teammates (this one is the most absurd out of all the abusrdities), and etc.

A lot of denial for some very well founded concerns my dude.

At this point I'd offload him for anyone of decent value, but I have him in a trade ambivalent league, so I'm riding this titanic into the ocean

Definitely going to split with Henderson, I Think....but goal line work should go to Brown easy.

This is a must-win divisional game for the Rams.

Highly doubt they lean too much on a rookie who wasn’t anything special in preseason and has only 1 touch in the regular season.

Guessing Henderson gets no more than 6 touches.

So if they don't win this game Gurley will probably see less usage moving forward and more missed games. What a sad state of affairs.

Me on draft day:

He's not injury prone

I don't think "lean on"...but I do think over an extended amount of games, they would introduce Henderson in given his preseason flashes. You could say he should be playing snaps now, but Gurley has been the man....even if they are not using him a lot.

I think the last game, when were quite okay just pounding the ball at goal line with GUrley, so I see no reason they won't go back to that with BRown. Brown's solid...and there's a reason they matched Detroit's offer in the offseason to keep him.

This is it....the lottery ticket is super close to getting cashed. If not this week....definitely by the playoffs! 🙂

The SF D is tough, but if he's the primary back, he should get carrier. 49er's control time of possession with their running game, so I would not expect a lot of points, but who knows 🙂

This is a quad injury that is keeping him out, right? Totally separate issue from the arthritic knee. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing for his future prospects. I'm guessing it's probably not good and he's breaking down.

Can we even trust the Rams that this is a quad issue?

You can't trust anyone with Gurley anymore. They can't admit they just paid a record breaking salary to an RB just to have him break down the next season.

I gotta admit, the doubtful designation was a surprise. Gonna be interesting to see how the distribution looks between Brown/Henderson. Realistically if you're a Gurley owner and didn't have Brown rostered you only have yourself to blame.

Henderson Preseason:

Game 1: 6 for 13 rushing, 1 for -5 receiving

Game 2: 6 for 16 rushing, 6 for 38 receiving

Game 3: 11 for 28 rushing, 1 for 4 receiving

What preseason flashes am I missing here??
