Awesome WHIP will be tough if he continues walking 4.5 per 9. K rate is on point though. Great sleeper.

Underlying metrics suggest he was better in the second half than his final numbers dictate. Tremendous upside and a breakout candidate for me this year.

I remember reading when he was on the verge of being called up that Glasnow would just take more time to develop because of his height. Seems like the Pirates just gave up too early.  But man can

He could have a tattoo of a johnson on his forehead and I’d still be a proud owner of this young man.

He threw a pitch and then motioned for the trainer to come out and left the game and was flexing his arm. Would all but guarantee an IL stint is coming, hopefully it’s nothing serious.

Yankees broadcast made the point that he called the manager and trainer to come out (obviously hurt) but then he said whatever and was about to pitch.  Not sure how serious it is, they probably told him if he feels anything else then come right out, since he was limping a little earlier in the game.

Seemed like his elbow was bothering, earlier it seemed like his foot.

"Right forearm tightness" is the news from the Rays dugout.

Reading this update is like hearing fingernails on a chalk board.

Oh no not the dreaded forearm tightness. Let's just pray he doesn't have to fly to Alabama and visit Dr Doom.

Isn’t Andrews the Rays team doctor? Guess he’ll get the right opinion at least.

In line for the L

He pitched so much better than his line, too. Lots of dinky singles and a Trop hit by Sanchez in this game hurt his overall line.
