i think he was hurt or had arm fatigue in the 2nd half last year. remember he was only 24.

 

i think you can expect 2017 severino and at least 90% of first half severino last year

 

if you are taking a pitcher like nola, kluber or snell in the 3rd...i think you are better off taking a hitter in the 3rd then severino in the 4th

There were talks that he was tipping his pitches; also, Gary Sanchez's inability to block the ball or even catch the ball as well as his own laziness did not help. He got better in Sept. and I expect him to get back to the elite status.

My Holiday Inn Express medical degree tells me that throwing 90 mph sliders doesn’t help an inflamed rotator cuff.  They won’t mess around with something like this. Late May / June.

Agreed, unless the entire room gets completely scared away. I could see a scenario where if your draft is tonight that he drops crazy and maybe you get him at sever discount.
