My opinion is that you don't need SB's as much as you think you do.  With Villar, Marte, Segura, and Baez, it's going to accumulate in time.  It's not a big concern IMO.  Dietrich is contributing in more categories for me which is the direction I would lean to but that's just my preference.  I'd still go Norris and keep the other Dietrich/Dyson if there's so much concern about SB's.  I like the Miami match... not so much the Oakland one but I would see why one would find it apealing.  Out of the two hitters, it's still Dietrich as the keep for me.  The extra versatility is definitely a plus as well.

I rather don't think you're going to make a major mistake either way here.  It's certainly possible both will off your team a month from now.
