Williams looked very impressive in the preseason and was slated to be the backup to Mack but got hurt before the season started.
WaiverLooter 931
I’d be very shocked if Wilkins plays this week given he didn’t practice at all last week and has to play Thursday. In the Williams thread, I basically said give me the short term play and cross the long term bridge when you get to it. I would do waiver on Williams and free agent pickup on Wilkins if you have the bench spot. Edited November 17, 2019 by WaiverLooter

The G Man 1,064
Saw this blurb earlier today: MARLON MACKRB, INDIANAPOLIS COLTS NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirmed Marlon Mack (hand) is not expected to play in Thursday's Week 12 game against the Texans. That was a given after Mack broke his hand in Sunday's win over Jacksonville. Further complicating matters, the injury is to Mack's "carry" hand (his right), which is obviously a necessity. He'll see a hand specialist to determine the full extent of his injury. Without him, the Colts will turn to a committee featuring Jonathan Williams—who rushed for a career-high 116 yards in Week 11—and receiving back Nyheim Hines. jagsfan05 601
So for those of you that might be going to the playoffs, are you dropping him? Not sure what to do. Hard opponents all the way until Week 16 (most championships) against Carolina. Edited November 19, 2019 by jagsfan05
KennyWoo 3,323
Hold so he can't be used against you. But don't expect to be able to use him again ROS.

this guy right here 1,026
Glad to see Williams become the bell cow Mack wasn't allowed to be. They kept him in in EVERY situation. Mack gets 80% of the 1st and 2nd down carries between the 20's.

Mack proving injury print so his usage seems to be in line
