Will have a salary cap, and rules to mimic the real NBA collective bargaining agreement. have been in a league for 10 years that has fallen off. going to use some of those owners plus new ones here to have a similar playing experience. must be active (dont just say it, but do it:) have about 12 teams with rosters, and will use expansion procedures to fill 3 more for a total of 15, which will make math easy compared to real NBA with 30 teams.
