He got 10 runs and 5 horrible throws to him. Bell does not change the outcome. I see your point but I don't necessarily agree. Bell and CEH could be used on the field at the same time, either both in the backfield or with one of them lined up as a receiver, especially now with Watkins injured. At a minimum he would provide depth in the event of a CEH injury. Edited October 15, 2020 by JJ1223

Him wanting to get paid? Not liking playing for Adam Gase? The first is ridiculously overblown, as that's what every NFL player wants (and all of us in our jobs as well). Dude used the only leverage he had according to the rules the teams in the NFL themselves set up. The NFL sets the groundwork, a player follows the layout, and the player is somehow at fault? Nah. Him not getting along with Gase? Okay, maybe I'll give you that one. But we all know Gase is amazingly incompetent, so I'll also give him a pass on that. He's had a few teammates speak out on his behalf, so I think he isn't the malcontent many are trying to portray him as. I think these are good points. Bell is pretty much a model citizen compared to Antonio Brown. Bell almost always shows up for practices, meetings and games and appears to try his hardest. Off-field concerns are mostly in the past. No drug suspensions in years. He did miss a Saturday walk-through prior to Pittsburgh's crushing loss to Jacksonville in the playoffs, though. That was the beginning of the end of his time in Pittsburgh.

Deejay 35
Revenge against the Jets= ABSURD! They lost with him and will lose without him! Beating up an 0 and whatever team seems senseless and not a motivating factor! I felt from the beginning he would go to the Dolphins! He would be the guy, probably get more instant cash due to available cap, Decent overall offense on the rise, be able to prove his value and show enough for one more contract. anything he does inKC could lessen his future value by saying any RB would be good in that offense. Buffalo makes sense and possible but that team is building around Allen. He lives in Miami, no state tax, more money can be given on top of jets and he will be the guy and make the Dolphins better. Easy call= Dolphins! JMHO!

Easy call= Dolphins! JMHO! Agree on the Revenge angle... hard to believe that would be a motivating factor (in terms of Head to head vs the Jets). Any logical reasoning would point to first - he wants to show the world he can still play. Been almost 3 years since he's looked like an NFL RB. I'm sure having some Revenge on Gase is in his head, but it doesn't necessarily have to head to head vs the Jets. He will get the last laugh if he goes somewhere else and returns to his old form. Then, he would have some suitors in FA this offseason (assuming no one locks him up long term right now). Then, winning. Being in a loser organization like the Jets takes a toll. GoPackGo23 422
From a fantasy perspective, is Miami the best spot for him? I feel like they could seal the deal by guaranteeing him the featured role...I doubt Gaskin/Breida/Howard would be a threat to meaningful touches. KC and Buffalo would be better overall offenses but his ceiling is certainly capped if he's not handed the keys to the backfield. I'm hoping for Miami if you're a Bell owner. For Bell it makes no sense other than potentially getting a ring, which I honestly don't think he cares about since he went from a perennial top 3 team in the Steelers to the trash can Jets for money. If he's wanting numbers, opportunity and a potential one last monster contract, he should go to the Bills or Miami period. Wrong. Singletary offers the same skill set as CEH. With Chiefs he has far greater chance at red zone touches

But I also want to point out that if the interest truly is mutual, the AFC East teams probably know Bell the best from seeing him and game planning for him twice a year. Might be a good sign that he still has something left in the tank (assuming it's not just his agent spreading rumors).
