I'm considering flexing him.  I haven't heard anything about him being on the COVID list, and the Browns are down to one backup WR.  I would guess that Hooper and Hunt get the majority of the targets from Mayfield.

It’s impossible to envision them throwing much playing with practice squad receivers who will be playing on very limited or no practice with the ones.
