Mixon is easily a Top 5/10 RB talent wise, however, he’s on a terrible team, with a terrible OL, with terrible clueless coaches in a terrible organization that don’t know wtf they’re doing.

This dude is gonna shut up ALL the haters this week with a phenomenal matchup on tap...watch.     bold prediction: 14 carries, 64 yards rushing, 3 receptions for 23 yards.  BOOK IT

I snagged him at 3.01. Crazy, hope he’s okay. Dude has a big season ahead of him.

Dang. That's a steal.

I snagged Gio as a just in case plan but are we sure Gio is the cuff?

No, we're not sure, but it's a safe bet given his tenure in Cinci and decent productivity when put into a starting role when needed. Trayveon Williams is the guy who may push him. If Mixon were to be miss week 1 I'd be shocked if Williams saw more than 3-5 touches with Gio shouldering the load. Could be different by week 9 though.

He's also on Daigle's deep sleepers list:

Trayveon Williams, RB, Bengals

It’s like Matthew Berry said: The Bengals remain high on Williams, who was the odd man out behind Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard last year. The difference this year is Mixon’s migraines and hold out concerns, which are suddenly cracking open the door further for Williams to come bursting through. Note that Jim Turner, Williams’ offensive line coach while he rushed for a career 600/3,615/34 (6.0 YPC) across three seasons at Texas A&M, is also currently Cincinnati’s O-line coach.

Recommendation: Should be rostered in any format

Gio is clearly not a cuff. In his early years he got 200 touches, but recently he's been a (pretty good) 3rd down back, mostly for his receiving work.

Decent player, not a cuff.

But he would still likely get the most touches if Mixon misses games. Especially with a rookie QB. Williams would be worked in.

Felt like it lmaoooo. 12 teamer. Both QB’s and TE’s went in the 2nd round. Sent Mixon tumblin

That's absolutely, insane.  Was there for a four drink, minimum.

Under no circumstances, should Mixon ever fall out of the top twenty.

Mixon fell to me at 29 because of the contract news, and everyone saw what happened to MGIII.
