The only people on the face of the earth saying this is going to be a “full blown RBBC” are Rojo owners and dolts.  Which are you??

The only role he has ever had in his career is as the workhorse. Three weeks ago there was literally nobody saying that he wouldn’t have that role for the Jags in 2020. Now just a short time later on

He played behind a pretty bad o-line and a mediocre passing game that defenses didn’t need to respect. I agree he likely won’t get the same volume/targets but in the right situation with better blocking and a good passing attack (like, say, Tampa Bay), the same production can still be there, or better.

No one wants his horrible work ethic (Bortles had to consistently tell him where to line up bc he refused to learn the playbook) and below average receiving chops at his bloated salary.

76 receptions last year...just because he doesn’t run go routes like some other RBs doesn’t mean he can’t catch. Have zero shares of this guy, but just funny to hear people talk negatively about his receiving when he was top 5 in both receptions and receiving yards for RBs last year...

And top-2 in volume...he underperformed his workload. A decent RB would have finished minimum top 3 last year with the role he had...he couldn’t even finish top 5.

I guess Dalvin and Ezekiel are RB1 soley on volume as well. Hell they only averaged .2 YPC more than Fournette.

Yeah its not like those guys have been more efficient with their touches in their career so far... Fournette was basically Melvin Gordon last season that was allergic to the endzone. He's a decent RB but he's not dynamic. Idk why people think otherwise.

Agree to disagree I guess. 4.3 YPC behind that crap line with defenses mostly stacking the box is not underperforming in my eyes. To each their own. Just hoping the dude lands in a situation where he’ll have enough touches and better players around him. Can’t be much worse as far as that goes.

You mean volume per game. Yeah he played on a **** offense last year with a rookie QB and no other weapons. Still finished as 7th overall RB. What’s your agenda lol

Counter-point...this statistical study has Fournette coming in at #5 in terms of most yards created factoring various adjustments for things like offensive line play and defenses stacking the box:

IT would be such a jets think to pick up 4net. Shares of 4net I had in season long and bestball 0.0

After today, Gase would still try and trade a draft pick the Jags for Fournette
