I care more about dynasty than I do for redraft.   To me he is the best route runner in the draft, he is very precise. He runs well after the catch which I like for fantasy. Locks strong arm

Not sure where this narrative is coming from, I looked into this and the facts show Jeudy has dropped only 3 passes in 61 targets this season:  https://www.tsn.ca/nfl/statistics#/receiving Yes it

Well, he will have lots of targets from which to perfect his catching.

Yes it is something Jeudy can work on, but by comparison Lamb has dropped 5 in 68 targets, Lockett has dropped 4 in 70 targets, Moore has dropped 5 in 72 targets.  I could go on but you can click the link and read for yourself.

Thank you for posting fact over fiction.

I'm a fan. I even have him on my fantasy teams. And of course, like with Fant who I have on my teams as well, I'm well aware that he's hobbled by mediocre qb play and uninspired playcalling.

Your TSN site listed that he has 3 drops. The article that I read listed that he has 5. https://www.denverpost.com/2020/11/08/broncos-jerry-jeudy-first-100-yard-receiving-game-at-falcons-loss/

Anyway, the dudes you listed have more targets than him. Bringing them up does not diminish the assertion it really "is something he should work on". Also, Conversely, I could bring up Allen Robinson who has not dropped a pass in 86 targets, Keenan Allen who has dropped 1 pass in 86 targets, or McLaurin who has dropped 1 pass in 70 targets.

As much as he's an advanced route runner for a rookie WR with no proper offseason, he catches some of the balls thrown his way in an awkward manner and has also resulted into unrealized yardage.

Percentage-wise the guys I listed have roughly the same drop-rate as Jeudy, which is why I listed them in my post.  Lamb, everyone's rookie darling, has 5 drops in 68 targets.  Jeudy has 3 drops in 61 targets.

A. Rob, Keenan, and McLaurin are established studs so that's why I wasn't comparing Jeudy (a rookie with no pre-season or training camp) to them.

My point is Jeudy is a rookie who people keep posting the tired narrative over and over again that he has stone hands and a problem dropping passes, but he does not.  He really does not when you look at the actual numbers.

To your last point, I would also posit that Jeudy is often forced to catch balls in an awkard manner because he has been stuck with awkard QB play this season.

The players you listed have roughly the same drop-rate as Jeudy percentage-wise and yet he has fewer targets than them. Also, Lockett is already a 5 year pro. Don't know why you would clump him with Lamb or Moore (3 years in the league) but won't include McLaurin (2 years in the league). In addition, according to pro-football-reference.com, Jeudy's best catch% game is only equal to Lamb's worst catch% game (57.1%)

Sure, i get your point that Jeudy "is a rookie who people keep posting the tired narrative over and over again that he has stone hands and a problem dropping passes, but he does not." I did not even know that there was a narrative like that. I just watch film on the dude because I'm a sucker for clean route running. However, my post was about him dropping throws that that a player of his caliber ought to catch, rookie or not.

It feels like you are just arguing for the sake of arguing.  For the third time, my point is that many people keep saying in this thread that he drops passes but he does not relative to the players who have similar drop rates.  Scroll up to find the quotes if you don't believe me.  PM me if you want to keep arguing, I am done responding to you on this thread.

A good day to you too sir. Don't know why you quoted my post when apparently "many people keep saying in this thread that he drops passes but he does not relative to the players who have similar drop rates" yet I was just making a quip about his supposed shoulder injury

Thoughts on jeudy going forward ?

Well Denver is playing the saints this week with NO available QBs, so I wouldn’t recommend starting him.  Royce Freeman (RB) and Kendall Hinton (WR) are the two being tabbed as most likely to play QB.  Very hard to imagine Jeudy being your best option this week.

His situation is going to be more of the same next year. Inexperience or below average QB with 3 other decent pass catchers on the team in Sutton, Fant, and Hamburgler. Obviously even worse if the Broncos re-sign Patrick.
