varock 219
NFL soft as hell for only fining him. That was 100% dirty and and an intent to injure. If this had been a high-leverage play in a prime time game, this would get a lot more exposure and would’ve probably led to a more severe punishment. That shouldn’t matter, though. If Myles Garrett got six games and a fine for knocking some sense into Rudolph, this guy definitely deserves a similar punishment as a baseline.

You had me until you said Garrett's fine and six game suspension should be a baseline punishment for Hill. I agree with most of the sentiment in here. He should be suspended for at least a game.

OmegaRed88 644
As a Seahawks fan I’m hoping they hold Carson out until after the BYE, unless he is truly 100% before then.
WaiverLooter 931
His goal line usage was a bit concerning even up until that injury. The Seahawks lived at the goal line all day and I think Carson got stuffed on his lone carry at 1st and goal at the 1. On second and goal at the 1, they threw it to Lockett for the td. There was another 1st and goal at the 1 later on and they didn’t even bother handing it to Carson, just went directly to Lockett. This type of usage is probably the only thing holding him back from a RB1 status really. If you don’t hand it off to your back at the 1 yard line, then it really caps your td upside. Just my luck that I started Carson in 1 league and Singletary in another lol. They’ll probably trust Hyde even less going forward so Hyde probably gets bumped down 1 tier to RB3 status. Power-O 425
if you guys have rb depth are you running out to grab hyde for a week replacement? to me it makes no sense...plus u dont even know how they will use hyde and the other back...could be full out split Edited September 29, 2020 by Power-O

Curious about other people's takes as well. Should be a high scoring game... and maybe this is better suited for the Hyde thread... but what type of production relative to Carson should we expect from Hyde while Carson is out? FooserX 208
I feel like hyde will be RB2 level - safe floor, low ceiling. They are letting Russ air it out too much to expect RB1 numbers, but I think one TD and at least 80 yards is a reasonable expectation.

RoseLin23 436
I was able to grab Hyde for free this morning. If Carson ends up playing, is Hyde worth holding onto in case god forbid Carson has a more serious injury this year?

Chris Carson and Penny are workhorse type RBs. I'm sure Hyde would split time with DeeJay Dallas.

If Carson plays, it's going to suck, because I see the following happening: Low usage to make sure he's ok He gets injured - in which case Hyde is a great asset for your team, or trade. Either way, I don't think Carson has a great day. Just speculation and my opinion. I would hold on to Hyde just to see how the week goes. He's only good for a couple weeks as Penny is coming back, but you never know when you might need solid RB2 numbers depending on how your roster is.

As a CC owner (who does not have Hyde) I think Hyde is def the plug-and-play option if Carson sits or gets re-injured...for now, but it will become a bit of a mess when Penny returns...Hyde will get subbed out (unlike Carson) on obv passing downs though. Still, a 2 down banger like Hyde has plenty of low end RB2 value in this offense.
