harck 478
Limited practice today is good, but I can see a world where they hold him out and lean on Hyde so that Carson is 100% starting in week 12.

Looks like Hyde will be good to go and Carson i'm betting will sit once again. Why they didn't just IR him in the first place is beyond me. Meaning this game is even MORE important. Neither of us know, which is why I said I think.
Jubanton 345
Being listed as questionable for tomorrow's game just like Tyler Lockett. That probably means he is out 1 more week...

Hasn't he put in limited practices on and off for like 4 weeks now. Not sure it means much, if anything.

Rather B. Winning 123
As a Hyde/Carson owner, tremendous news on Carson! Worst nightmare is they both play.

No. Yesterday was his first limited practice in the last 3 weeks.

I'm confused about the tremendous news? It's being reported that he's unlikely to play this week but that he's getting very close to a return. Is the good news you're referring to the fact that he's nearing a return?

Lol I hear you. I think that post might be better served in the Carlos Hyde thread. I don't think most of the people in this thread take that as good news 😂 I have Hyde but I still would much prefer Carson be active because I doubt at this point they are going to bring him back unless they think he's ready to shoulder the load.
Rather B. Winning 123
You're right, probably better in the Hyde thread. I got too giddy!
TheINC 500
So ridiculous that Carroll continues to play the "game-time decision" game with Carson when he's clearly not playing again. This is getting really frustrating from a fantasy perspective, I just want to be able to IR him already so I can add another player ffs.

Start thinking about our fantasy football needs more! But seriously, c’mon bro. Even if we think it’s idiotic I’m sure there is something to not letting your opponent know exactly who’s going if you don’t have to. It’s part of the game within the game. They are trying to win real life games after all. Not to mention some of this injuries.. especially on a short week.. do come down to how they feel in pre game. That’s why they are “game time decisions”. Edited November 19, 2020 by LarryDavid

I mean you might argue the opposite, and the gamesmenship ends up being that he does play. I think they sit him out, but the fact he got a limited practice in yesterday means he truly is a game time decision, even if he is doubtful. And why not screw with opponents a little bit? Yeah it sucks for us fantasy players, but unfortunately this is what a lot of teams do.

But everything Carroll has said to the media is regarding Carson over the past month has been a smokescreen. You could make the argument that it could've benefitted the team to IR him for their own sake and free up an active roster spot. But yeah. harck 478
https://www.nfl.com/news/seahawks-rb-chris-carson-not-expected-to-play-tnf-vs-cardinals Quote Seattle's leading rusher is officially listed as questionable as he recovers from a foot sprain. Carson feels he could go but, barring a late change, the team plans to give him another week, Pelissero added. Carson has not played since going down in a Week 7 loss against these same Cardinals. Sounds like at least he'll be ready for the week after. Think this is one of the first bits of good news that I've heard outside of the limited practice on Tuesday. SkittleMania 98
So are they going to declare him as out or what? I mean, c'mon, Carroll, it's hard to do the gamesmanship shtick after you've already called up Scarborough.

ST. STEVEN 4,177
I do not trust 'Positive Pete' for much, still have to think he is quite close...the last month+ without CC only proves how instrumental he is to their offense/attack. He is a difference maker, and needs only about 60% or so of the share to show it. Now he gets an additional 12 of rest to gear up for the stretch run, which sets up very well against solid game scripts.

Backfield is going to start getting crowded and Hyde looked good tonight. Carson will definitely get the most snaps, but hope that's closer to 60% and not 40-50%.
