Rotoworld Support

Long story short, I bought the Rotoworld Roto Edge+ Pro package and it wasn't at all what I expected. I've attempted to contact support 4 times, called NBCSports Support 2 times, and tweeted them. I have yet to get a response anywhere. Does Support even exist?

Just a timely response really. They finally got back to me about 2 weeks later. I requested a refund of the service due to it not having the expected features advertised. The first person helped me. The second person was less than helpful and told me I was not entitled to a refund. By that time the money was already back in my account.
